When I first got on line I wanted to get into porn and thought I would have my own pay site where I took all the pics and would make a fortune. Thank |buddy| I ran across a Newbie Booster webmaster board where they steered me into learning html first and then traffic manipulation before I jumped in and got in over my head and wasted a LOT of money. Here's what I did to learn html, might work for you. Find a porn page you like, right click and click "View Source". Highlight the whole page and paste it into NotePad. Close it out and it will ask you if you want to save the changes. Click "Yes". It will try to save it as a .txt file but name it something like sample.html. Now, open the file and look at the page. See something you like? View the source and find the text. What's just ahead of the text? < font size="3" color="#ff0000" > maybe. View source again and change the size to 6 and the color to 000000. Look at your page again and you'll see your changes. I don't know everything there is to know about html but I can build a page with the font sizes, colors, background colors, etc. that I want and that's how I learned. That and ask a lot of questions. :D Most everyone here is glad to help and answer questions. And as everyone says, "The only dumb question is the question not asked"

Liq thanx for the advice..will try that and play around a bit.

I do have a question on the banners and afflaites and shit..

I think someone said like on the TGP sites when you click on the pic and it goes to the little 10 second clip and you click on that, you dont get paid by click you get paid ONLY if they sign up with that website.

What partners or places pay per click or similar? If I put a bunch of banners I might be trading traffic but would be nice to get some change back as well.

There are not too many pay per click programs out there. They pretty much died off for obvious reasons. Pay per click programs can have tough rules, like ratio's, traffic quality ect. It's pretty much recurring or pay per sign up nowdays. And yep, you only get paid if the surfer buys something.

If you have typein domains like that, I would be redirecting them directly to matching paysites.

Drop me a PM, and I will see if I can find some sites for you to test that match your domains.

For a quick but quality lesson on HTML I would recommend checking out W3Schools. It's managed by the World Wide Web Consortium so it's all quality / proper :).

They also have some decent things for CSS as well.
