Why do people make up nicknames to post about epass? This is like the 5th person I've seen with a new nickname posting bad things about them. Troll much?

Never had a problem with em, always had reply within 24hrs from their support.

One complaint is the annual $35 for a debit card which is a bit of a rippoff.
