I will do a couple hours on the adult non-adult thing but from the brief look it could be an element...

That www and non www thing is not server side etc... if some links are to www.YOUR-DOMAIN.com and others to just http://YOUR-DOMAIN.com then the engines have 2 listings to file info under... so it is possible one is placed higher than the other...
