Nope....we pretty much communicate all the time ; ) And we often send one on one letters to our current webmasters offering special deals, etc. We've been doing it this way for 11 years : )

Absolutely ! They come direct to me : ) It's a form so there is always chance for an error - but we have not had a reported problem in a long time. I will have our techs check it out, though.

I will check out my PMs now..are you both using a particular browser or something? I know that we get a ton through that form every day (and my fingers are getting thinner every day from typing my responses ). So, I was wondering if it wasn't working properly for a particular browser or something like that.
