It's kind'a sad that he is loosing good submiters,he should be picky to the ones that clearly violate the basic rules and to new incomers to the fs game not to to the regulars with great content and creative templates.(they do mistakes to and I'd like to think that if any they were unintentional, however my email works perfect and I can keep conversation with submitter private)

I've had my 2nd site rejected by Curt - which has been listed with every TOP 10 Link List. I have given the benefit of the doubt with the first reject which received no reply from Curt himself. I have to say Fuck Curts Porn. I wont ever submit another site to him. It;s not like Im not known or cant be found.

Hey Curt, I'm trying very hard to follow the rules. I'm gonna sound like a noob, cuz I am, but I hope some questions can be answered. I know some of these are gonna make me seem stupid, but I might as well ask.

1. No Pop-Ups or Javascript

I see other LL's say this or Javaboxes. Does this include menus? I really like a menu bar I have on one site. You mouseover it and it drops down a menu. I think it's javascript.

2. All Links Must Open In The Same Window

Does this mean no target="_blank"? I think it means you don't want clicks to open new tabs or browsers right.

3. Index/Main pages. I think what confuses me most about this one is penisbot and wetplace. It seems like they want you to put "www.something.com" in the field. Yet, when I click on links to almost every LL, the first page is "www.something.com/something" and no link at any point leads to the main .com.

Do LL webmasters expect every submission to come from different domains, or can they come from other parts of it, like "www.something.com/asian" and "www.something.com/black" etc...as long as the other rules are followed such as different design.

4. One more thing. Recip links. This one confuses me as well. Most LL seem to indicate they want you to use the recip links they have already made. Yet, I see some galleries in their listings that have made their own tables and simply have a text link.


if anyone can answer these i'd greatly appreciate it. i really don't want to send a bunch of reject sites to people who get too many of them.

bluefluff, maybe I can help you clear up some of the confusion, sometimes rules may seem stupid and unnecessary, but there are good reasons for some of them.:

Any Javascript at all, meaning no menus, nothing. The reason is that unsavory people can use scripting on a page to do all sorts of nasty things like SQL injections and shit like that. Better off making the rule no script period.

Yes, do you like when you are wacking off to porn and you click a link and a new window opens up, maybe even crashing or freezing your computer? No. If that happens, bet you won't ever go back to that site right?

You should submit the INDEX page of your site. This means that if you have 1 site and want to submit to 80 LL's, then make about 10 copies of it with 8 recips on the index.html page of each one. Just change the name and directory of each site, like this:

When you submit the site to each LL, you can submit the subdirectory with the index.html page. i.e. http://bluefluff.com/bigtits/index.html for each one. The ease of it is you just have to change the name and recips, not the content and gallery pages.

LL owners want this for many reasons, SEO and other things.

Some do and some don't, each one can be different. Some don't like it when you just keep submitting a new subdirectory 15 times for the same domain, some don't give a shit. The bigger the LL, the pickier they are, because they can be, that simple.

Some will let you create a custom text link, or other stuff, but you should ask. Only have to ask once and then you are done. Read the submit page for more details. Also, beware that some Free sites you are seeing can either be : a. old sites b: the owners personal sites c: sponsor hosted free sites d: something else. They don't usually follow every rule they set in every corner of their site, some might but not always. Hope this helped you.

I just started subbing freesites again, and thought i would give curt a shot. I got rejected for some really stupid shit, when my site has been listed everywhere else.
So, I agree with you Jester, Fuck Curts Porn. I will never sub another site to him. I think he gets a thrill out of rejecting sites.

Wow a lot of hostility here. Some sites are different and do things you might not like.

Some LL's dont like Chameloen. When curts takes them all day long.

Some of the Russian LL's alllow tons of blind links. When curt gets downright hardcore when it comes to blind links.

Well, when you consider a link to a pornstars official website as blind when it says click here to access all of "pornstar name" after a full paragraph of talking about the pornstar I think thats a bit much.

Think about it from Curt's point of view... Can you imagine how damaging it would be to a surfer to click on such a link and suddenly end up at a site with all that porn when they expected to find Toll House cookie recipes? They'd probably shut down their computer and never use the Internet again.
