Surely it's better to make contact and come to some arrangement rather than ignore it and publically kill any credit they may or may not of had.

See...there is no way he (they) don't know what's what. Why would someone not just send a quick email? Anyone that I have done business with knows that I am reasonable and don't want to hurt anyone.

It must have worked. :) He emailed me last night just saying he heard I was looking for him. Of course I let him know the only thing I wanted was the invoice paid.

Yep, I do believe it was a misunderstanding and now I don't blame them a bit. They had confused us with another site that they had cancelled advertising with. So, there was no reason to think they were getting invoices from us. I hope for continued business now that this is finally cleared up. :)
