Surfn, what is the latest that I can let you know if I can attend? I leaving here for Vegas Tuesday and will return home on Sunday. If I can things cleaned up after I get back, I would like to attend. I already know that I can get a fight that arrives in Chicago at 2PM on Saturday and can get back home on Sunday. I just don't want to commit to come and not be able to make it.

I also will need to get a room that is less than the $400 mentioned.

BTW, I am making my reservations for Vegas in January.

As far as Hotels the Omni is about $150 on a Saturday night if you reserve now. Plus Embassy Suites is a couple blocks from the Club and they charge even less :)
