Morning all. I have a pulmonary specialist coming over today to drop off a monitor I get to sleep with tonight to check me for sleep apnea. |banghead|

The good news is, the test is free, after almost fainting at the cost of my allergy blood tests, I'm glad for that.

Bad news is, if I have it, God only knows how much the stuff you have to wear will cost if diagnosed with it.

Maybe this will explain why I wake up about 10 times every night, although MadHatter says he never hears me snore.

Obama signs get stolen around here. At first, it was assumed that they were being taken by racists and/or really crazy McCain supporters, but then there was the realization that the Obama signs were so hard to come by, that they were being stolen by Obama supporters for use in their own yards. Go figure. :) A house down on the corner had a McCain sign on each roadside of their corner lot. A few days later, one was missing. The next day, the second sign was crumpled and tossed in their shrubs. They put it back up and two days later it was gone. I was amused, but I don't agree with destroying the other party's signs. Freedom of Speech and all. (I assume it was done by the same guys who gave me my first stolen Obama sign.)

Good morning. Reviews knocked out for the day. Now I need to already brew another pot of coffee. Time to do some data entry and change a couple pages to expand the display of things.

After clearing a big part of my review queue this morning I had to drive a friend to the car shop so he could pick up his new van, after that we did a 2 hour moving job with that van and now I'm all ready to go to soccer practice. When that's over I'll probably hit the bar with some friends to watch the UEFA Champions League while having a few beers.

Wow, you can get all the Obama signs you want around here and they only cost $5! The guy that is burning our signs has a McCain sign and no one has touched it but he won't let the Obama signs stay up. It's become a neighborhood thing. We have never liked having racists on our street but have always left them alone. Now that they are doing this we are all just fed up! Every neighborhood has their asshole so they say!

It took us 2 months to get our Obama yard sign.....took so long that we ordered another one last month..so may have another one on the way. We think it is a battle ground thing. Portland puts Oregon in the Obama column without an issue.

Actually this is the end of a very long day that started with a 6am meeting and ended with a dinner about 30 minutes ago. The soup was very good. and the last of my 14 days of company is leaving at 4am tomorrow. In case you are interested..here are the pics..mostly of us dining.

Tomorrow the RugDawg gets his tattoo.. now he's having 2nd thoughts about having Bender forever on his shoulder.
