I joined the ARS program last Tuesday and mailed out my W-9 as requested and am still waiting to be approved for the regular ARS program.

Do I need to sign up for this ARS4real deal and send another W-9?

No, when you got approved for normal ARS it will also work for ARS4REAL

ARS was where I sent most of my niche traffic. They never were were one of my top programs but their smoking, feet, and pregnant stuff did the best for me.

Now they are just like everyone else.
