its funny what you get when you click on one of the "movies" at the moment.
I figure the SE picture is complicated - with a permanent redirect, as long as the surfer hang time is increased, it might work out for them.
But, we all knew the concept was to harvest and monetize the existing surfer base as fast as possible. All the incoming links will still be pushing the page up in the serps for some time - long enough for them to make back their money and - they hope and expect - a decent profit.
We dont really know what the end game is for these types of sales. |
