Well, after reading thru all of Cleo and Simon I can guarantee I did nothing anywhere near to what they were talking about but I did do a mini hub with schoolgirls fucked in photos and a few freesites off of that hub subbing one earlier today.

On the plus side you didn't waste a few hours using css to get a couple of form items lined up in what would have taken 60 seconds to do using a table on this page.

I'm learning to do everything without tables partially because I keep on hearing how evil tables are and partially because I just want to see if I can do it and partially because if I get really good with Dreamweaver I can make a few bucks showing a few of my old computer clients how to use Dreamweaver.

I finished my social media set-up and today took notes from the Google I/O live stream. The G+ talk was extremely informative. After I compare with a few others I just have to tweak some stuff and double check my copyrights.

Now that I've have the new design on all my surfer pages over at my LL I'm starting to change out all the other misc pages that are involved with my LL.

Did the webmaster login page yesterday and did its 404 page just now.

I think I have less than dozen more pages to do. Not really sure since I keep on finding more pages with the old design.

While working on switching over the currently named Asian Sex and Japanese Porn category page to ther new design, I found a couple (140+ |scared|) of Pimp Roll links that had errors, because they changed over their link codes awhile back (but everything was still being tracked) & I was missing links on about 1/2 of them to the review page over at Rabbits. So that ended up eating up about, ohhhh, 3 hours last night |banghead| I still don't have it all sorted out - like I know there's sites I'm not linking to for one reason or another - so that's 2nd on the agenda once I get that page switched over.

And, I actually got a compliment from one of my surfers on the new design |thumb

Actually, I been telling myself for years to learn how not to use them but they are so easy to work with I keep putting it off.

I have built a couple of front ends without them, nothing special, and like you I realized I could of cut out hours by slapping a table in place that would of worked the first time, lol

Oh ya, I did spend hours yesterday locating and adding more lusty mature women content into my database.

I still use tables for my promo pieces. Fast and quick is all I need for that stuff.

I should throw zippyandblamo.com back online for shits & giggles. All those pages were built in Textpad, by hand, and I doubt we even knew what a table was when we were making them :)

Just finished changing out all the tables to div tags on all my LL banners in OpenX.

So now my LL, with the exception of the form for submitting sites to me, is 100% table free.

I was going to remove the table from my submit form too but there just didn't seem to be any advantage to it and would have taken a long time to do. Hopefully the redo on my submit form is still a lot better than the way it was.

Yes, it definitely is. At least I added a banner to let the surfer go to a better site. ;)

It was about a year ago when Google's Penguin update rocked the webspace of bloggers and webbies. When that happened I did 2 things. First I tried to modify the few pages that were hit as described here:

Secondly, I developed around 15 brand new sites with 3 different concepts. By the end of this month I will have final stats ready. Result and stats are speaking clear words about the type and style of websites that rank well these days and concepts that no longer work as well as they used to. The article will be very long and in detail. Keeps me busy at this time.
