Great link Mikey One thing they mention on that page and I have not found a solution to is that most requests for video files come from a media player. Media Players do not send referrer data. As a result you can't reliablely use .htaccess to block them. Has any one found a solution to this problem? |

Thanks for the inout Wazza. I should of been more specific. There are definately ways to protect movie file from hotlinkers. Of the ones I fond the cookie method seems to be the easiest.
More specificaly I haven't found a way to protect those movie files and still be TGP/MGP compliant. |
