to personally see each check and sign each one. His way of getting to know
his affiliates. So the delay was due to him being in Vegas for the show and
this was a matter of respect for the webmasters, not one of disrespect.

Ahhh...looking at the checks. The final line of defense against fraud. Seems he could have just looked at the payout sheet before checks were printed though. I mean, come on...do people really need to wait to get paid because someone is on vacation?

I guess to answer my question, the reason for not getting paid has gone from bad to worse. :)

As a former member of Lensman's crew, I can attest to the fact that he does sign all the checks, HOWEVER, the show's been over for almost a month now. No excuse for such a delay.

I do have a complaint about reality cash now too warrior. I signed up for one of their earned hosting programs and they told me they would set me up that day. It's been well over 2 weeks and they never set me up, so I had to go with my regular host despite the fact they promised. Now i see what you mean about slow responses.

I ICQ'd ramos late last night/early this morning about this and requested that they re-issue my check and stop payment on the other one (assuming one was actually sent). He contacted me earlier today to verify my name and address, so I think it is all being handled now. I have the feeling that if I had contacted ramos when I first became distressed I would have had my check by now. As for Loryn, if she wasn't bigger than me I'd put my boot up her ass. ;)

I'll be much happier when this is all over. I don't like dragging sponsors through the mud, but if I feel abused, I have no other option but to let others know. They could have done some research early on and saved me a lot of time pulling all their damned FHGs from my TGP and quietly declining galleries that promote them for the last month.

Loryn just assumed that my check didn't go out until after Internext. She didn't do the foot work and verify it. Ramos spoke to accounting and their records show the check going out 12/31/04. If Loryn would have seen that, maybe should would have been motivated to fix this problem instead of treating me like an asshole for expecting payment.

Ramos has a much better attitude. Much, much better.

I´ve gotten some webmaster referrals at different sponsors in the last couple of years and one thing I have learned is check the stats and then double check them.
With Adult.com I got paid from the first referral, switched to epassporte (took a couple of mails before I got an answer, but I got it switched) made another referral and wasn´t paid had to write them to get it solved.
With another sponsor I had to write to get my referral money since money made by referrals didn´t automaticly trigger a payout (Heard that from a couple of sponsors).
Don´t forget about the one I have to write to every time I meet the minimum payout before I get paid.
Or the ones the pay every time 2-3 days late. Or the ones that adds the signup email to their spam list or the one where the only email listed on the site bounces.
I could go on for hours but I feel a little better now :D

They sent your check FedEx OVERNIGHT, right? And didn't take it out of YOUR money, right? Sorry your goin thru this, but thanks for the heads up on who to talk to if we have trouble like you did:)

What really pisses me off is that I was finally starting to make sales with them and intended on rotating them more often into my free site building. But now I've pulled all of their FHGs off of Whoring Wives and I delete all subs that promote them. I still need to swap out their ads on a couple of free sites, but otherwise they are dead to me.

I'm sure they'll blame FedEx just like they blamed the USPS the first time.

Unfortunately, your check was sent to you. The process to locate, put stop payment, and then reissue another check can sometimes take a little time. Allthough I regret not getting your check. We are doing everything in our power to get his check reissued ASAP.

Why not post the FedEx tracking number for him.

Excuse me but this just smells like BullShit. I have never seen someone have so much trouble getting paid as this guy. You claim to have sent this by FedEx but you wait a week to check on it. I would like to see a tracking number...if you truly have one.

I never said we sent a fed ex. I said we could fed ex him a check, but needed to stop payment on the sent check first.
