Nick - I keep reading how you're always around & that you should have been contacted, but the fact is that YOUR PEOPLE fucked up on this. LusciousDelight contacted YOUR PEOPLE and they blew him off. You really need to educate YOUR PEOPLE so that problems like this do not happen again.

Not everyone knows who to contact with every program. But regardless of who is contacted with a program, the help/response should be the same.

So please, stop saying that if you were contacted it'd been solved. Your company was contacted & it was not solved until it was brought to the boards & I know LusciousDelight did that as a last resort.

How funny is it that as soon as LD reached his min payout, He was then banned after contacting them to get payed. It seems really flakey to me, or could just be a case of a company to big to properly manage its affiliates. Would anyone that was scamming a company really try to contact them after being banned?

and how do you contact them if all available contacts are dead.
Must assume that there are more cases like this with webmasters who tried to contact anyone from "elitedollars" and they simply didn't respond.

It's not funny at all, it's the way too many paysites do business. They assume guilt on the webmaster's part when the check comes due.
If LD hadn't made a stink about this he wouldn't have got paid.
Contact information that doesn't put you in touch with the person who actually makes the decisions is all part of the runaround.

It seems a lot of paysites like to accuse honest wm's of fraud.
Why?
Because there is money in it for them.

All our staff is educated and on the ball.. this unfortunately slipped through.. and I have made sure this wont happen again

I would think the affiliate manager would get things taken care of, I normally would not contact the VP/Chief... let's hope this is not a common occurance, but if it happens again you will be the first one contacted.

I'd contact an affiliate manager, seeing as I am an affiliate & that's what affiliate managers do.

If you want everyone to contact you, get rid of the other 5 options on the contact page.

Same here. UNLESS there were a label which said for accounting inquiries, etc.

I have had something like this happen with another program and I decided to ICQ up the ladder for the program with a 48 hour notice that I would be going to the boards if it weren't resolved by then (payment delay over a month, two affiliate managers contacted, was seemingly lied to twice about payment being sent). Of course it was immediately resolved.

While I think that makes sense, I don't think people should have to do that. And a program shouldn't expect affiliates to have to contact five different people to get it resolved. If I have to go up the ladder and there is no good excuse for it then apparently the affiliate manager isn't doing their job.

It is me or has anyone else noticed that after a year of silence that a lot of these programs have suddenly become all about affiliate support again?

We have 24/7 webmaster support, 24/7 member/surfer support..

Give us a try please - Im sure you'll be happy with the results.. Elitedollars is one of the hottest programs out there today

This one case slipped through our solid system.. we apologized and made good for it....

For the record, I have one guy rebilling on Extreme paychecks, and I never had any trouble getting paid.

I understand this case was cleared up but with all do respect happygoon.. Extreme Pay Checks, although under the same umbrella, is not Elite Dollars. They are two individual programs.
