I'm not aware of any copyright notice that gives MayorsMoney exclusive use of the term "Brooke Skye".

An argument could be made that she's a well-known celebrity or public figure. She does magazines, newspaper articles and national radio shows under the name Brooke Skye. Anyone that sees her says, "That's Brooke Skye". I'm not sure that can be trademarked.

But I have no idea. Anyone have any input?

Hi,
my first post here and i have a question about my freesites which i have been posting to link-o-rama.
I make movie sites and i am always getting rejected for "120 Seconds Movie Rule" but in total my movies are 132 to 160 seconds length. I was wondering if you could tell me if there is something else i am doing wrong or if it would be better to make the movies longer again?

Yes as long as they follow the rules and this is type of domain will get you blacklisted :(

It wouldn't matter if you chose to build granny sites on the domain teen-teens-teenz.com. Strange, but not a reason for decline. The situation, I believe, is that no one will want be be associated with a domain which can be quite easily perceived as racist or hateful.

Do I need the pics to be of the same girl/guy in all 30-40-50 pictures? Such as gallery one and two being the same theme/setting/background etc., just different models?

I double checked the site and note that the table width in the 2 gallery pages were set at 975 - is this causing the problem?

If I change the table in these 2 gallereies to 850 -900 - Would you then list it?

Spock it's only logical that if you were rejected for the the 1024 rule and your galleries exceed the specification that that is the root of the problem. Couldn't resist ;-)

I tested one of the gals at 1024 and it had a bunch of scroll...

Jonny - I tested in ie and I see what you mean. In Firefox it seems fine. I think I am going to resize my table to about 750 pixels.
