I mean think about it... his surfers hit his site, they find nothing there worth looking at, so they click his links which lead them to YOUR site where they find actual porn that is worth looking at. The productivity could actually be quite high in that, from a buyer's standpoint.

As for getting more traffic to Joe's site, well..... beyond buying it in bulk I don't know anyone who would want to trade with a site like that. Why would I want to send my surfers somewhere that has nothing to look other than a bunch of off-links?

There was a guy posting on a few boards recently who was selling bulk exit and popunder traffic for like $1-$1.50/k, you should find a deal like that Joe, and buy big.

Buy bulk at $1.5/k and sell niche traffic at $5/k. Decent mark-up. If you get 200% productivity.... great mark-up. And it's simple, just let the surfers sort it out themselves by picking the category of where they want to get sent to: "Send me to a random Ebony site", "Send me to a random Tranny site".

If I were you I'd buy some traffic from different sources, test 404, clicked and maybe ppc from se traffic and go on with the traffic that does best.

Or build other free sites, tgps, link lists and put links to your site there.
