RIP Finnbear My heart goes out to Mrs Finnbear, it was obviouse in his posts that he loved her very much
Sad News I really liked Finnbears posts they were like little snapshots into his life.
FinnBear has been on my mind all day, life is so fragile you just never know
I only knew him through his posts but still I feel sad, as though a good friend has passed away and
I remembered a reply I made in a thread to Kristion that I hope Finnbear read.
That way even though we never communicated I let him know that I iked him and appreciated his posts before he passed away.

"kristian
Thanx for the complement I actually enjoy the posts in the chit chat section from Finnbear Fonz and You because you guys give a peek into life in different Country's and Jim, his posts make me appreciate where I live because he's all ways just had a storm, having a storm or going to have a storm, He posted it was sunny today that must mean a storm is coming."

And just in case (you never know) I would like to let all GreenGuyandJim members to know, that I like allmost all of you

FinnBear will be greatly missed.

I am lost for words to express my feelings upon hearing the sad news yesterday.

We were all fortunate to know him. We'll miss his kindness, unique personality and joy for life. FinnBear was one of a kind.

It is a small comfort to know he has touched so many lifes.

I'd like to think he would want us all celebrate life instead of grieving.

RIP my friend.

This is very sad and shocking news indeed.

Finnbear was one of the good ones, never saying a harsh word about anyone, nor anyone of him. His posts were always a 'must read'.

My heart goes out to his wife and family.

Thought this message was worth bringing to end of the thread again.

I don't really know how to express how im feeling now. I guess it is called shock, and helpless - the sad thing hashappened, and i cant do nothing about it:(

FinnBear was first person on Toms Newbie Booster board who replied to me when i entered adult business in autumn 2001, three years ago. He has helped me alot, many things i know and do nowadays i first time heard from him. He also helped me in private, via email and on boards. He was also participating in project for newbie webmasters called "BetaBrigade" - acting as a newbie too, and giving helpful advice to everyone.
I have some hard link exchanges with his sites, they will stay up as long as the sites are operational.

This year in summer i was about to go to Finnland and meet him in person - after all, he was closest TNBer to me geographically...that time he was busy, and we decided to try to get togehter in winter...

I have lost a good friend, and one of my mentors for adult webmastering...

Everyone who drinks - have a shot of Jameson - that was his favorite whiskey. Im having a bottle of it now in front of me, and few candles lit on the desk.

Rest In Peace brother.

Dear forum readers,

Last week I wrote a message at TNB about the passing away of my loving husband, Finnbear. It was until today I found this board in his bookmarks, and saw all these wonderful messages.

I thank you all for your condolences and support. I miss him so much but it's comforting to see that his memory is alive.

Best Regards,
Tara

PS. Sorry, I just realized that I was logged in as Finnbear and this message is like it was written by him.

Tara
If there is anything we can do for you, let us know. I admit, when I saw the last post in this thread was by finnbear, I was hoping that it was him saying it was all just a big mistake. Again Tara, let us know what you need.

Well it's been a few weeks now since I heard the sad news (I was still in lurking mode) But let me please pass on my condolences to his family.
He came across on the board as a kind and gentle person who gave some valuable input to this board. I always enjoyed his posts.
Rest in peace Finnbear

Mishi 2004-11-21 02:16 AM

I heard the sad news, but missed the thread. FinnBear always made me smile. He was full of life and I know he lived fully. He was a truly delightful person, and I'm glad to have known him, if only a little bit. To his wife, may you have strength, and don't hesitate to ask for help if you need it. This community will provide. Be blessed.

Anothers 2004-11-21 07:43 PM

Im shocked, he was submitting to me to, I did not have a personal relationship with the guy. It would be nice to give his family something back.
