I am pleased that your first impression of Jay was good. Perhaps I approached him wrong. Perhaps he was fucked up. The only thing I know is that he was an invited guest at a party that I was allowed to co-host. After he made his grand entrance, I watched for an opportunity to approach him. I introduced myself and handed him my crappy t-shirt that I had for all board members. 'Til this day has he said nice to meet you, thanks for the shirt, kiss my ass, nothing. I turned to a highly respected webmaster and said "What an egotistical prick". The other webmaster acknowledged affirmative and it was finished.

Spookyx, I hope we always remain friends. If you are friends with Jay, I respect that without reservations and would never attempt to impose my opinion of him on you.

Truthfully, a little drama once in a while is good for any board.

But, this thread is getting a little old. Jay has been a friend of this board since the day it opened. And, in the past was a great advertiser. He and I once had a misunderstanding and we cleared it up like gentlemen.

Truth be told, Jay & I (as well as Jay & this board) have had our problems in the past - hell, the last problem (aside form this one) just ended yesterday - and they did seem to eventually get resolved (some not a gentlemanly as others)

Jay was at one time a very valued member & contributor to this board, but once OC Cash opened, his interest the the board dropped off. And I can completely understand that, because projects & new business ventures like that tend to become your main priority.

I will say that I was upset in the lack of updates to this thread, especially once the issue was resolved & we found out thru people reading other board, but I didn't really care about it because I can't stand pimpdog anyway (but a timely update would have been nice)

I am also a bit perplexed by the "show I could take him down a notch if I wanted to" comment that Jay made. It comes off as if Jay was just flexing his muscles as opposed to being upset about the horrific comments that were made.

That being said, Jay really is a decent guy if you meet him face to face & I know that his board persona is a tad bit different than talking to him in person.

And again, I wouldn't besurprised if Jay laughed quite a few times himself. However, you all know very well that I react quite differently when a friend is insulted. I know Chop certainly doesn't need any of help with any battle (especially with my highly refined manner of worsening things), but I like to support my friends - I'm still fucked up that way. I'm not one to sit idly by when I have so many wonderful things to add to an argument. ;)

Anyway, I guess this onboard brawl is over for now. I'll hold my tongue and not resond the long list of bullshit names (racist, ignorant, drunken, etc) Jay called my buddy Chop.
