I don't know why getpornlinks.com has you blacklisted, but I have you on there because of your host - 3fn is on a lot of Link List blacklists. Also, your whois info is not properly filled out.

You seem to have some copyright issues with some of the content (Batman & Robin)

You keep using content that is watermarked with a site that differs from the one you're promoting. If you're going to use sponsor content, you need to promote the sites that is on the content.

The Batman + Robin stuff... those are adult cartoon parodies of the series obviously. It's a sponsor FHG. Is that really a copyright violation? I honestly don't know, but I kind of don't think so.

Parodies like that are really a whole huge niche unto itself in the world of adult artworks. In Japan there's a whole MASSIVE market devoted to such stuff. (That's what doujinshi or dojins are, typically. This is partly true: dōjinshi are often parodies or alternative storylines involving the worlds of popular manga or anime series'.)

Meh... actually looking at that blog post, I dunno, I don't feel that great about it now, I think you have a point.

I never really felt good about that sponsor anyways, a lot of their cartoons/comics are on the border of what I feel comfortable promoting.

I have received either explicit (via e-mail) or implicit (sponsor galleries) permission to use all images there. Of course it may be that some sponsors aren't aware of licensing/copyright issues or are sort of living dangerously.

I think my review rejected it with that reason because there's more than one problem. But the big one is "That's Not A Free Site: This is a Link List that lists Free sites. We do not list Galleries, AVS Sites, Pay Sites, Tube Sites, Blogs, Top Lists, etc."
