Looking at your source code I see table widths set at 785, those will scroll every time. 800 minus 20 for scroll bar is 780 pixels as the absolute maximum, and that assumes nothing else is taking any space, like page margins, vertical toolbars, etc.

One additional warning: setting the table width to 740 doesn't necessarily mean the table will stay at 740. If the combined width of the elements and spacing within the table exceed 740, the table will expand as needed.

Your pics are quite large, largest is 88kB. It looks like bad scanned content too.
The pics are also out of order. In one she naked on top, next one she's clothed. One pic she has a light blue dress, then she has a black one, then back to light blue.
When I checked it it loaded really slow too, but now it's fast :)

A word about pic sizes.

I will not reject all sites that have pics above 80kB anymore, even though 80kB is really big. But sometimes there could be something in the picture that will cause it to be larger than the rest of the pics, so....

If you have pics that are over 80kB and the average pic size is over 70kB, I will reject the site.

If your links has been pulled, it's most likely due to:
Javascript or iframe on any of your site pages.
Forbidden words (yo*ng teen, loli... and so on).
Couple of other things, but 95% of the sites that got pulled was because of those two reasons.

I'm also quite pleased to see that no sites so far has pulled their content or any other shady things. I still have ~100 links to check manually... but so far it's looking good :)

I'm a little confused now, I thought that with the paysite name there it wasn't considered blind? Content - no problem of course, if it's too extreme for your taste then that's cool, would like to avoid blind link issues in future though :)

What got you rejected was that you named the site pretty much the same as your sponsor.
A good idea would also be to work a little bit on your descriptions. Have someone proof read them before you submit. Just a little tip :)
