Happy “still no sleep in 2 days” Wednesday!
 

I feel like major crap, |dizzy| I can’t breathe, I’m sore as hell and I just want to sleep, but every time I lay down I start coughing and have to blow my nose. We went to bed at 1130 and I woke up at 2:40 and after laying there for 2 hours I got up and did a few emails cursing who ever designed man to have sinus infections. |angry|

I’ve got errands to do today so it’s going to be a long while before I am able to lay on the couch for a cat nap and this time the tv will be off so if the cable fucks up I wont be awaken by the loud static noise again. |yawn|

had a good 7 hour sleep so I'm wel rested unlike some of you :)
Got everything done on my immediate "2do" list yesterday so today I can start on stuff that's been lying around for months and never got done. Lets get out the duster.

Sinus infections suck ass man. I hope that clears up for you soon..

Hope you feel better soon, Torn. Sinus infections really suck. Do you have antibiotics for it? If that doesn't work, might want to ask your Dr. for a shot of cortico-steroids. That's what works for me, anyway.

good morning all, just woke up and noticed that my cellphone isn't working anymore :( will have to go out and see what kind of a phone I'm going to buy.

I'm planning on kind of staying away from the computer today as I still haven't fully recovered from working so much over the last few weeks. Went out to the Sawgrass mall yesterday for a few hours but was too tired to even try on clothes so I just bought a bunch of accessories.

Last night I upgraded Angel to Tiger and then we played with her new video camera. She got the Sony HDR-FX1. I don't think that I have ever seen that many knobs and stuff on a camera, going to take some time to learn how to use it.

Going to try to do the beach today if it doesn't rain and that is about all I have planned for today.

However the end is near.. as we have a cold snap coming through starting sunday.. 99 degrees.. woot.. woot woot..

...and RAIN.. i don't think the desert has seen rain in 75 years or so in July so this will cause mass flooding, major car accidents.. and general panic all around.

I'm off to a Fishing and Marine after market show to see all the new gagets coming out for 2006. Whohoooo..

I slept like a baby last night - got a good solid 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep :D

So the new issue of Maxim arrives yesterday and who is on the cover? Nicky Fucking Hilton. Actually no. It's not Nicky Fucking Hilton - that would perk my curiosity at least. It's just Nicky Hilton. Why the fuck would I want to see Nicky Hilton? What makes her skinny ass worthy of the cover? As if I'm going to see her on the cover, get all googly-eyed and tear through the magazine to see what she looks like half naked. As if I'm some sort of Pavlov's dog for the flesh of neo-celebrites. As if... So I finally find her pics (on p.136 btw) and all I have to say is, sure, I'd do her. But that doesn't make her worthy of the cover, now does it?

Good Wednesday morning!! I'm very bad at sleep management. Why is it that at night, when you know you should be going to bed, sleep doesn't seem that important, but in the morning, when you have to wake up, it's just about the most important thing you can think of?

I stayed up late last night watching Black Hawk Down and The Warriors on my new 61" tv. So of course this morning I'm tired as hell. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to try to wake up and get the day going! |thumb

Take care of yourself, Torn. The major danger with a sinus infection is the proximity to the brain. If you happen to wake up with half your face swollen out of shape...that happened to me with a sinus infection once. (Don't make "Quasimodo" jokes, though. Nobody gets them. They all look around you at your back, completely forgetting the poor bellringer's face was a little off as well.)

UW...I like to think of that person as "Nicky 'at least she's not Paris' Hilton." It helps. :)

my sister is supposed to arrive this evening and take my nephew up to Cape Canaveral and Orlando for a few days.

when she returns, she'll again remind me why 1020 miles is still too close for family. :)
