Woke up rather early for no reason today. I had a wonderful birthday day yesterday (even though I worked most of the day)

I think I have some running to do with The Bitch today & I know I have to get started on cleaning the Pool House for tomorrow night's poker festivities :)

It's the end of the week again (at least for me) :D
I went karting yesterday, finished 3rd place which is pretty good for being me :)

With soccer tomorrow and paintball on sunday I won't be around much this weekend.

It appears that my GrandChildren brought the flu into the house. Both my wife and I are sick and today is the busiest day of the month for me.

My sister finally got someone to pop the question :D so I'm going out shopping for wedding dresses today - I don't have the heart to tell her what marriage is REALLY like after 20 or so yrs heheh |angry| so I'll have to pretend to be all excited for her lol

Looks like I'll be spending most of my day installing a new hard drive and reinstalling software on a friends computer that crashed (was still running Windows 98 SE). Being the "puter guy" gets a little old at times. Oh well, off to CompUSA to buy a hard drive.

Morning! Well today is my husband birthday |bananna| Man he is getting old! So tonight I'll have all my kids and their boyfriend/girlfriends over for cake which I'm really looking forward to. My oldest son got promoted at his job yesterday so we will also be celebrating that.

I had to laugh at my youngest last night, the one that spent a week in jail. He is very bored as he is on strict restriction, told me that it's as boring as jail here. He said the wrong thing, as I yanked the stereo out of his room for that. Soon he'll be down to just a bed......:D

Good luck Toby...I can relate...especially on a win98 machine...yuck! The good news is there is a sense of accomplishment when the box comes up and is stable |thumb

After about 20 hours of work, the one I got stuck with earlier this week is rock solid stable and bug free. Now, I get to take it back to the owner and attempt to train them on how to keep it that way. Like keeping their kids off the p2p crap.

This box is getting Win2K installed on the new drive. The mother board etc. was upgraded a while back, but she didn't have the install disks for some of her software so we used her old hard drive, and it wouldn't upgrade for some reason. Lot's of trash on the old drive isn't going to get reinstalled. :D
