Hi everyone, just started my site.. getting the ball rolling. Let me know what you think!

Surfn 2006-01-22 05:25 PM

WTF???

Bill 2006-01-22 05:49 PM

Thanks for the pic. But we would actually be more interested in your site, if only for professional curiousity's sake.

So, give us the url to your site.

Mattinblack 2006-01-22 05:59 PM

It was on 'her' profile as a home page

http://www.teen-swing.com/

But 'she' is probably one grant stone in drag.

Yeah, well, it's not uncommon to have the talent front for the business.

I often feel a special sympathy for 'amateur' paysite startups. Typically people have spent money they often can't afford to lose trying to get into the mythical "milk and honey" of the adult sector.

So I usually try to cut them a break at first, and let them prove wether or not they are competent.

That paysite looks to be an uneasy conceptual mix. Not quite 'am' enough to sell to the am market, not quite pro and teeny enough to sell to the teen market. And not swing at all.

Ramster 2006-01-22 07:06 PM

Bill I agree with you. The site is a mix of I'm not sure what.

You yourself are cute and I wish you luck.

http://www.teen-swing.com/ ? Why anyone would start a paysite with a hyphen I'll never ever understand.

emmanuelle 2006-01-22 08:26 PM

Why would you post someone's personal info on a board?

The program is run by Anna & Bruce, who help out many REAL amateur girls with their websites. I do understand your cynicism though, since there are a million phony amateurs around anymore.

Brooke Anderson 2006-01-22 09:42 PM

Hmm, well it really is me, I'll do a face pic with the forum and all that stuff to proove it.. Sorry I left out the url.. Like I said, new at this..

http://www.Teen-Swing.com

Hey Mattinblack, posting that stuff is pretty retarded.. he is my b/f, who purchased the domain, and posting that is not very cool.... as most here would agree...

emmanuelle, thanks, yes it is Anna and Bruce who I work with, and help me alot..

Hey guys,

Yes they are a real couple and newbies, I sent them out to read over boards, get second opinions, some helpful comments, start posting and start learning.

Thank you Emmanuelle for the kind words :)

That's as real as real gets :D

The header graphics is cool.

I'd try using a larger / non-vid-cap photos for the episode thumbs. Right now, they look like fuzzy live cam grabs. You want to promise some wild action AND great quality. From looking at your tour, I wonder if I'm joining a site with tiny 600x800 pics (or if there are any real pics inside at all).

The trailers are nice, especially the group sex trailer -- but 15 FPS is way too low. The bitrate set at 555 kb/s also blows with the resolution set so high.

I'd suggest going out on a limb...set FPS to 29.97 (at least 24 FPS, depending on several factors, like amount of motion in the trailer). Try encoding at 600-700kb/s at 320x240. Or if you want to keep the resolution at 720x480, then you got to raise the bitrate to 1mb/s or higher. Finally, make sure you use VBR instead of CBR so you can lower the file size while preventing the image from pixellating.

Yeah, I know most webmasters advise minimum of everything when it comes to movies, but from my experience, sites with high quality trailers on their tours sell themselves.

EDIT: I'm also hesitant about paysites with "-", like milf-hunter.com or milf-seekers.com. Imo, its an open invitation to tons of paysites with identical names. Paysites got to have a unique domain name and should avoid using hyphens like the plague.

Wow! Thanks for all that info on the videos!!!! That is great stuff.. And soo hard to learn. I will play around with them more and adjust to your recomendations. Thanks a bunch! :)

Thanks Brooke. Apologies for the post but I am so fed up with threads that are started by people who are either other than they pretend to be or have an ulterior motive, or join under multiple ids and post to each other in order to get a thread repeatedly bumped up that I guess I am over sensitive to people who do not appear to be who/what they say they are. Plus I just had an exceedingly bad day with the income tax man.

Hey welcome Brooke! I kind of think it's funny, there are so many fake amateurs running around that no one can believe it when a woman performer speaks for herself on an industry board. Good luck with the site!

I like your site. When are you planning to add affiliates?

Preacher 2006-01-23 01:24 PM

I give props to any amateur that actually wants to get involved in a forum like this. There's a lot to learn here and great affiliates to eventually be gained. |thumb

Don't let the skeptics run you out. :D

Thanks! I'm working on adding my affiliate program soon. My site has only been open since October, so I wanted to give a bit of time to test & tweak it first, but I am building my affiliate program now, hope to open it up in the next couple weeks.

Thanks everyone.. Does anyone here use myspace for marketing. I was and had over 4,000 friends added up, and they deleted my add. I was sooo bummed. These were the pics I used, they weren't to naughty!

Toby 2006-01-26 12:25 AM

You might want to check out www.xpeeps.com, same kind of networking idea as myspace, but for adults.
