-3°C/26°F and foggy outside, here behind my desk it's a little warmer fortunately.
Got that dance lesson again tonight, other than that there's not much special going on in my world today.

It's Groundhog time…
GROUNDHOG AND SWEET POTATOES
1 Groundhog
Cold water
Salt
Pepper
Sweet potatoes or white potatoes
Cornbread
The animal should be dressed as soon as possible and well soaked for several hours in cold, salty water. All excess fat may be trimmed off after the meat is cold. Parboil to remove and remaining fat and drain well. Place in a moderate oven and pack sweet potatoes or even white potatoes all around. Salt and pepper the meat and bake unti brown. Be sure the potatoes are thoroughly cooked. Serve with cornbread and use the heavy gravy that forms during baking.

Up early since the fountain people should be here around 9 am to deliver the two bottom pieces of my fountain. Yesterday I went out and got a pump for it and a green outdoor extension cord long enough to go to the nearest electrical outlet. I'm guessing that by noon I should be enjoying my new fountain. :D

72 high here today!! Woot.. and the masses are starting to pour in tonight for the "BIG GAME" (we can't say S*per B*wl in Vegas) weekend.

Basketball was a war last night so I'm a little sore. Poked in the eye (well eye lid actually) and took a real hard shot to the ribs. Plus we lost so that makes it even worse.

I am. I'll be making mine using tofu groundhog. :D

Having some electrical problems in the Davidson Shop so I have to get delayed response circuit breakers for both the heat and compressor. Kind of scary that the heat is popping a 60amp breaker :)

Morning! Well my grandson came to spend the night last night, and he woke me up at 6:00 am |yawn| It's funny now that they moved out my daughter seems to like to drop him off a lot for sleep overs with us. Gives her a nice break and I get worn out, but love him to death so it's alright |thumb

Fountain is still not here. I got up extra early because they said it would be here at 9 am. This is south Florida so I should know that nothing is on time and we are lucky if someone shows up at all.

I called them to see what is up. They are trying to get the truck started and thinks it might need gas or something.

I'm guessing that it should be here sometime within the next week.

Good morning all. Finally a day of rest. My week is not over but it sure has been eventful.
Monday, wives plane ticket nightmare
Monday find out uncle is dieing and I need to get blood tests to possibly save him.
Tuesday, Car breaks are shot, I guess the wife did not tell me in hopes I would find out going down a Cliffside road.
Tuesday morning. Stop at friend’s house to pick him up for work. He doesn’t come out. The 1 time I decide to walk in his house and see why he is late. I find him in the bath room slumped over the tub having a diabetic fit. He bites off part of his tongue and flops for 15 minutes before the paramedics show up. Nice thing I decided not to just leave him to drive for himself.
Wednesday. Since the car has bad breaks, I take the truck to drive the wife to the AP. Well I blow a head gasket and make it to the AP with 10 minutes to spare.
Hum now its Thursday I am not leaving the house. Everything is locked and I won’t even look out the windows.
