Very, very busy today. My busiest day of the month again :)
I will be scarce most of this weekend because I rented a cherry picker for Christmas Lights. :) My Sons are excited but they have no idea they will just be on it for the ride. :)

Morning, very early it is.

My Russian friend Valentina has come to stay with me for a bit. She is a very early riser so I guess I'm going to be getting up very early until she finds another place to stay.

Played tennis for the first time in a long time last night. Played for almost two hours and I'm a bit sore this morning but going to the gym once I've woken up.

Other then tending to a very hyper house guest and trying to get some work done I haven't really a clue what else today will bring.

We went to the Palms last night to have dinner at Little Buddah for Spud's birthday. Before it was over he got a Lap Dance and a Piece of Ass.

Whew .. now that's over. Off to the swap in a few hours for "beary" much fun. I'm off this weekend to catch up on my porn life.

Once these are up, they are up forever. I bought some nice lcd lights this year that are supposed to last 200,000 hours. Quick calculations tell me if I run them 12 hours/day from thanksgiving until Christmas, they will last about 555 years :) We have a slate roof so there really is no way to get on the roof. Hence, the cherry picker :)

Hard drive died in our Dish Network DVR. They 2nd Day shipped a replacement box. It arrived late yesterday afternoon, so my task this morning, now that I have good light to work, is to swap out the boxes and get the new one configured so I can record Sci-Fi this evening for the roomie who is on vacation in Germany.

Once I get that done maybe I make some porn.

...there's also some French Vanilla creamer in the fridge but ya gotta promise to start a new pot if you leave less than a full cuppa.

I cant put up my Christmas lights untill my roof is done.. and if it gets any colder I wont be putting them up this year.

I really should decorate for the holidays this year.

I'm thinking of hanging some half gutted reindeer and turkeys from the palm trees in my front yard with some lights up their butts along with a bucket of water to showcase my melted snowman.

Should have all the holidays covered this way.

got my one credit card bill that I can't check online since they changed the bank. they can't figure out why I can't access, but, I try to sign up with the data that they tell me, and I can't create an account. They're baffled. So, I get my bill and on 9/20 there is a charge for Xbox Live. I call xbox, hand them the confirmation number from August 25th when I cancelled the 90 day membership I signed up for when my nephew was visiting.

We have no record of that, and obviously you didn't read the terms because your membership automatically renewed to a monthly at the end of the 90 days. If you read the terms, it is a non-refundable service, sorry, click.

So I call back to verify that the guy cancelled my account this time:

"No, we have no record of it, there is noone by that name that works for us, that isn't a valid extension number for a supervisor. Hmm, ok, well, can you cancel my membership. Oh, you're in luck, we already ran a charge today for your membership and it has already renewed. Please enjoy your subscription through Nov 20th. And by the way, that charge is non-refundable."

Who says the non-adult world isn't learning from the adult world?
