We did exactly what I thought we were going to do last night. Watched The Twilight Zone Marathon until 11 and went to bed :)

Once this day is over, my vacation really starts :)

Safe night here. Watched CNN's New Year's coverage, in part because they were showing the Key West ruby slipper drop too. Fell asleep around 11:30 and woke up around 12:30 so I went back to sleep.

A real "wild" New Years Eve at my house. I fell asleep in front of the TV sometime during the second half of the Packers/Bears Game. I woke up just long enough to stumble down the hall a fall into bed. |yawn|

However, I did get an early start on the new year as I was wide awake at 3:30 AM. It's been a productive morning. I finished compiling site by site year end sales stats. A few small surprises, but mostly what I was expecting. Now comes the "fun" part, dropping links and shifting promo emphasis accordingly across all my sites.

Simon, your $$$/sale rocks! But you already know that. :D I need to find a way to make more initial sales. |confused|

Has some friends over dinner and gobs of wine. Then went next door to the bible thumpers and set off fireworks and ate oysters.

Nothing special here, slept through out midnight. Got to say lots of HNN to fellow webmasters around the world, whenever their New Year came in :)

/rant/ why do teachers find it necessary to pile on loads of projects and homework over the holidays? With the exception of PE and algebra, all 6 other courses have given "projects" How many 16 yr olds need to form a thought process of "creation vs. some other theory of how we got here" or find while playing their newest *insert gaming device here* game to think about how Ralph in "lord of the flies" is compared to some other world leader--either ancient or current? Geeze louise. /end of rant/ |banghead|

I was designated babysitter last. My daughter and he boyfriend went to a party so we watched our grandson. Not to exciting but that's ok.

Went out with FoxyAngel to Voodoo and then partied in the streets of Old Town until almost 4am but didn't drink at all so no hangover. |potleaf|

I stayed awake until about 11:00pm - what an old fart I am.
Not much on the schedule today, but I may open up the gym if nothing else to get all these kids out my house.
