My parents arrive this afternoon for about 2 weeks to visit. So lots of work today until they arrive.

I made the mistake of telling my kids I was going to quit smoking today...now they're gonna follow me around all day to make sure I don't light up. Damn those little guilt inducing progenies!! :D oh well, I'll give it a shot, but don't count on me being nice for the next little while.

How about some natural immune system booster? You are having colds often... can't it be allergy rather than cold? The cats e.g. I am allergic to them.
Just an example.. I used to have high cholesterol lately.. but I did not want to take more medication. Sis brought me Opuntia powder in capsules and after a month taking 2 of them after meals per day I am craving eggs. I have a gall stone too that the doc.s won't remove... It improved it dramatically by blocking like 28-30% of the harmful stuff I am eating and I am mostly vegetarian and grill or steam my meals. So I took care of it as far as it was possible. And it is a fig cactus, nothing else.

Hot over here so staying indoors and enjoying the AC.

Morning all. Cruising along with some work. Ruff getting up but it looks like the spark that was going last night is still going this morning now that I am up. Got my season tix for Chargers in the mail yesterday. yah! Going to hit the preseason game this weekend. Cocktail a little. Need to get as much done before this afternoon though as meeting some people at the beach for lunch. Drinks for sure will be involved so the work after I get back will most likely be minimal.

Hope the brain scan works out greenie...
