Good Tuesday Morning

Good Morning
Damn, woke up with a sore throat. I'm not quite ready for another cold. :) And, our weather sucks...
There is supposed to be a little snow today and tonight. Other than that, life is good. :)

Oh yeah, my car needs real body repair. It will be gone Wednesday and Thursday.

Good Morning Everyone.
It's rainy outside and cold , around 40.
I feel like almost winter, which I like |thumb

MrMaryLou 2008-10-28 08:08 AM

Cleo 2008-10-28 08:10 AM

Sore throats here too. Christine has had one for a few days and now I seem to be getting one too.

Car is still in the shop but should be ready late today and a bit over a grand later if the parts come in this morning.

Added Journey to the Center of the Earth in 3D to my Netflix queue last night. |popcorn|
And then ordered 4 pairs of Anaglyph 3D Glasses.
Should be fun to watch after a little bit of |potleaf|

As I have no car today and it is too chilly to be riding my bicycle and my nose is getting stuffed up and my throat is sore I guess I'll be working at the computer all day making stuff so that I can see just how fucking bad my sales are the last few weeks.

Bobc01 2008-10-28 08:14 AM

Morning all :)

Another cold and frosty day here in old blighty.

Good Morning,

Not much going on today, just looking for some mainstream ideas. I think I want to expand my business into mainstream, but not sure where to start. Anyone has a good idea and wants to share? Are there affiliate programs like the adult sponsors? I will spend the rest of the day searching.

Have a great day everyone.

NY Jester 2008-10-28 08:48 AM

morning all..rained like crazy overnight and woke up to the same. Thank God the pooch did his business quickly. Now to add to the rain the wind is kicking up. WOrking on some projects this AM and have some errands to run later today. Hope the cold and flu season stays away from this house as long as possible.

good morning everyone |waves|

well add me to the casualty list, my son has a sore throat and sniffles which is worse for me than if I actually had them (which I'm sure I will) :D

other than that it's a nice crisp sunny fall day and I'm hoping to get some work done. Have a great one!
:)

Ramster 2008-10-28 09:05 AM

Good Morning.

It is suppose to snow here today but then by Friday back up to 12 degrees (in the 50s). More work for me today. Gonna tackle tgpx a little.

Great hockey game last night. Ottawa 5 Buffalo 2 :D

Good morning world |waves|

In the GG&J chatroom we've been discussing temperatures and clothing choices. Seems there are a lot of robes and fleece-lined slippers being worn by webmasters in usually too warm places this morning. Add some sweats, long-sleeves, and a wool cap and you have my wardrobe so far. Yes, it's only 65 F here but this is the first time since late winter I can have all the windows open in every room and there's a steady 18 mph wind that's just wonderful.

Here's hoping you get to enjoy something you haven't for many months today too.

Okay, back to making stuff.

:)

Mike-mijen 2008-10-28 09:44 AM

Good Morning to everyone. Chilly here.
Peace Mike

Fonz 2008-10-28 09:59 AM

Good morning,

Got my car cleaned this weekend and this morning when I woke up the windows were frozen from the inside. Maybe next time I should let it dry out a little more.
Nothing special going on in my world today.heading off to the chat room as we type.

Have a good day all!

digifan 2008-10-28 10:09 AM

Good day,
52 Fahrenheit here, sunny and I am also sitting in a sexy robe :) I wear only 100% cotton stuff and robes are comfy. They have zip in them so... :)

lorsha 2008-10-28 10:19 AM

The weather here is just amazing. Such a different vibe from the depressing upstate NY weather we had grown accustomed to. |bananna|

Enjoy your day everyone. |waves|

JustRobert 2008-10-28 10:30 AM

Google now owns Double Click. Between the two of them, there's really no reason to go anywhere else. Good luck with it |thumb

Nothing new for me today. I may be away this morning for a while because I have to go another few rounds with Vista on a client's computer. |angry|

Right now, I'm sitting here in a long night gown, socks, and a flannel blanket on me, lol. My choice of work wear first thing in the morning when it is still chilly in the house, lol.

And the blanket protects me from the claws of BuBastis, who is currently on my lap, doing her happy paws thing.

Morning all. Still waking up. Today is porn and more prep for the craft fairs. Other than that, typical day. Have a good one all, it is hard to type with a cat in your lap. |waves|

Good Morning Everyone |waves|

I went to my |loony| doctor yesterday & she decided to put me on a new med called provigil (yes Jim, that's the one from the magazine ad) It sounds lovely (speed) and I was in a great mood until I went to the pharmacy & they said it was not covered by my insurance |cry| So as soon as I finish reading the board, I've got a couple of calls to make |angry|

WAIT! Hold On! I have that coming in the mail today & I have no glasses. Do I need them? When I mouseover it in my queue, it says 2D, but when I click it it says 3D? If I need glasses I'm gonna be pissed! And if I go buy glasses & don't need them, I'm gonna be pissed as well. DAMN IT! I want to watch this fucking movie tonight!!!! |angry|

I think it is a double sided DVD with 3D on one side but I could be wrong. If you buy the DVD then it comes with two pairs of cardboard glasses but I can't imagine that Netflix is shipping it with glasses. Anyway the cardboard ones suck. I have the cardboard ones that came with a 3D Mars book that I bought a few years ago and have been wanting decent 3D glasses anyway so this was a good excuse to buy them although it isn't like I really needed 4 sets which is what I bought so that we could al sit around looking silly in our 3D glasses. :D
