looks like my hosting has some troubles lately, so I am asking you guys again to help...
this time I'd like to ask TGP owners/gallery builders to tell me wich hosting are they using, wich ones they can recomand, wich ones are 100% crap? ...so, I want people that are regular on this board to tell me who should I trust to, and who I shouldn't...
also, I'd like to ask all hosting providers here NOT to write things like "check out our website" and stuff, couse I allready did that, and now I want to hear it from the people that were/are using your services....

Great solid support with fast & cheap virtual hosting (that's what I'm currently using)
I plan to upgrade to dedicated sometime in the fall with them.|bananna|

I use M3Server for many years now and am 100% happy there. We moved the paysite that I'm running to another dedicated box last month over there so now I'm running 3 dedicated boxes there.

you might wanna find out what your ip range will be and ask around

I allways wondered about some of these hosting companys.
They dont care that their ip numbers have been blacklisted at a lot of tgps. Like for instance I have the dns server at pegasus
knocked out and all of their ip numbers, most of isprime is blocked

I know of one spider/script will consider you a cheater if your hosted at isprime

I said I want to hear from people that are REGULAR on this board, not people that never posted anything until now ... I'd feel better if you've just told me: "saL, you're dumb!"

Actually it's not his hosting company so he wasn't in the wrong for offering his opinion and trying to help you.

The fact that he isn't a regular shouldn't discredit his post. Would you do this to all newbies? Or are only regulars welcome here? Have things changed that much around here? Are you now speaking on behalf of this boards owners?

Just because people don't post doesn't mean they don't read the threads here or on any other board.

I agree 100% with this. If a person has nothing to gain from offering an opinion, then he/she should not be overlooked. Afterall, even Greenguy and Jim started with zero posts :)

I belive we all know that cheaters/spammers/liars compared with honest guys out there are 10:1 nowdays, right!? .. so, I might be fully wrong, and if I was - I am sorry...
I wrote "regular posters" couse I know these guys and that's all... it's not that strange that I'll belive someone that I know better than someone that I see for the first time... right!?

I can certainly appreciate your stance on relying on regulars opinions, if you were on the #greenguyandjim IRC channel you would know that the poster is a regular there.

Again, no hard feelings, I just felt bad for him being blasted for offering his opinion. People in the chat channel don't do that and I didn't expect if from the users here.

I've been with Thumbserver for about 4 years now. They have been flawless for me. Their site sucks pretty bad so i don't think they are distracted with new sales too often :). More time for them to do my work, HAHAHHA.

I have only ever heard good things about ISPrime, those guys are top notch. If i were to leave my current host I wouldn't even bother shopping around.

I use Dreamhost and I'm very satisfied with them, they're always up and fast!|bananna|
