Anyone from fetish crawler here?
 

I tried to get some help on this by mail but got no answer back.

While trying to submit sites, no matter how much I try, I always end up in a form that opens only the "amateurs" category.

Can someone help on this, please?

hahaha, I don´t think that f*cker will show up here ;)
And if he does, I am planning to cut of his balls (if he has some) because he stole/hacked this domain (and a couple of other ones) from me some months ago.

And if you read thru this other thread , you will see that I am probably not the only one he has been stealing domains from.

Later on, he contacted Richard to install LinkAdmin for him (since he wasn´t able to steal the script from my server), and once installed, he reversed the payment. But Richard was still able to log in at his server and deleted the script ;)
Btw, MrMaryLou was so kind to move my script to another domain name. Due to some other big projects, I haven´t been able to launch the new site yet, but I am working on it.

On top of that, he is still using my graphics and layout. Do me a small favor and stay far away from that site...

I didnt know that - just put the FetishCrawler into my blacklist of LLs - the places i DONT submit, for a reason or another.

And, hmm...really have to think of switching to another registrar - all my domains are registered with godaddy...

And yes, GoDaddy isn´t exactly the best choice around when it comes to registering domain names.

I have been moving almost all my domains to directNic. I have heard some comments about them and their support really tries to help when you need them.

So, if I understand it right, some fu**er stole the fetish crawler domain from xxxtreme?

And now it's not working?

Well, and a couple of thoughts come to my mind...

1. he is hosting on Conepuppy - cant you just shut him down?
2. Report him to all sponsors he uses?
3. You may ask Google to remove him?

there is probably something else...

1. I reported the matter to CyberWurx (Conepuppy), and they replied that they really couldn´t do anything... Even if I provided them enough proof (like psd files from my graphics, my current domain registration invoice, etc...). I even invited them to take a look at my server and take a look at all the files, db, etc... They really disapointed me, because I thought they were a serious company.

2. I reported the scammer to all the sponsors he was using.

3. Not even tried to contact Google. They probably won´t even reply...

You could try the Conepuppy route.. but the Conepuppy doesnt answer emails, and also hosts about 4,657,646 SE spammers too.. so don't expect too much of a response from them.

I have emailed them repeatedly about numerous SE spammers using my registered trademark, and my pages and my html , and not once have they replied.

As a warning to those hosted there.. I actively track and report to Google all SE spammers that host at Conepuppy.

I and other paid a huge price for SE spammers hosted there a few years back. and are still recovering from the SE punishment we got!

My second email went unanswered...

I host at conepuppy and they have been responsive to my requests when my domain was stolen. They provided me with some information which was handed over to the attorney. The attorney for the stolen domain suit up in canada has their contact information and they stated they would comply with any request from the attorney for information to help catch this guy.

Well, there is a large thread about hosting and scammers nearby :(

You know where the guy lives (or at least gets his checks)
If that guy would be within my physical reach...well, he *maybe* would have a chance of survival...

One more thing - there are link trades with some other link lists. After checking few, i see that there are links back...

Those are link trades that I set up before the domain was stolen. I have never contacted those webmasters since. But I will do so once my new site is up and running :)

Sorry, but how can anyone steal a domain? Do they hack into your GoDaddy account and transfer them or what?

btw my sites are hosted at cyberwurx as well....

I'm glad I wandered into this thread! I too just added Fetish Crawler to my submit list. I got the same e-mail as others have. They'll be taken off my list for sure!

I'd like to know how domains get stolen too so I can keep an eye on mine (not that anyone probably wants them but you never know!).

Thanks a lot for your support! The new site should be up and running next week (I hope so). It just needs some finishing touches, checking the db for dead links, and MrMaryLou fixing me a couple of script issues (like the submit form not working (lol)).

As to how a domain can be stolen? Well, they hack into your account, change the existing email address and then transfer it away. If the registrar is good, an email should be send out to the old email address notifying the current owner of the changes that have been made. In my case, I never received such an email.

That is why you should look out for a good registrar who takes care of such issues and actually offers some good support when needed (which imho was not the case with GoDaddy). Even if you pay a bit more for your domains...

And don´t forget to lock your domains :)

Btw. it seems our "friend" at FetishCrawler finally had to consider that he could not use or modify my existing db, and has decided to start all over. He has deleted all the sites that were listed before...

Most of the sites that were submitted to FetishCrawler before it was stolen, are still there (except for those that were redirecting, 404, or not complying to the current rules)

I will also add you to my list as I used to submit to fetish crawler. I still see my old sites there and try to remove all the links to fetish crawler and replace them with your new site's links sometime this week :)

My structure goes one dir further, like this:

I actually meant that. 3 subdirectories, without counting the domain root.
If you look at the first acceptable example, you will see that it has exactly the same structure as your site.

Anyway, to avoid any further confusion, I have changed the term "directories" into "subdirectories" :)
