Unreal, another thread moved. Try to do something nice for our affiliates and have to do deal with petty BS along the way. Too bad the owners of this board don't care enough about there own surfers.

Just because you and John spoke doesn't mean I don't have something to say. And yes we will inform our affiliates in our newsletter but what about the webmasters that haven't signed up yet? Don't you think that a contest like this will catch the eye of potential affiliates, too. And where can we find those potenial affiliates? hmmmm how about adult webmaster boards? Better yet how about the main business section of a adult webmaster boards, where threads get the most exposure.

Announcements on the main board are reserved for advertisers - you guys know this.

The announcement was designed for ExtremePaychecks to gain affiliates...nothing more. Please don't act like it was designed to only benefit webmasters.

You act as if this contest was actually designed to help potential affiliates instead of gaining more affiliates. The announcement was an "Advertisement" for ExtremePaychecks, plain and simple. And, there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. And, you are right, it would get more views in the main forum. But, that privilege is reserved for our advertisers. To me, that is the only fair thing to do with sponsors that pay us to get their news out.

After reading one of your other posts, instead of this being true, "Too bad the owners of this board don't care enough about there own surfers.", this would be more accurate. I am very happy to keep our main forum as close to SPAM free as possible for our "webmasters".

Even with us moving it to it's proper forum on GreenguyandJim, it has had more views than any other board that you were able to get placement on the front page. For the life of me, I can't figure out what you are bitching about. You get more views from a board that is charging you nothing.

This thread has 171 views right now, that's a lot!! And quite honestly in this section it will stay near the top longer giving it even more views from webmasters that check here only every few days rather than daily. If a webmaster stops here after 3 days it might fall off the first page in the main section and not be seen at all.

Actually Jim the contest was designed for BOTH existing affiliates AND potential new affiliates. We are doing something out of appreciation to those who promote our sites. It's pretty said that any sponsor who stops advertising on your site becomes a second class citizen. Plus I'm sure you can see what "I'm bitching about" it was listed on the first page for less then 2 minutes. Was it a mad rush to move it? Where you all tripping over each other? The whole situation is silly, but like I've said before, not everyone is going to appreciate when you try to do something nice.

Let's be fair here every board has a different volume of traffic but at least the others were nice enough to pin the thread, at least for a day. And no we don't pay for advertisement on all those boards. Not to mention the fact that no one asked for the thread to be pinned, it just would have been cool if it was exposed to the highest volume of traffic available. If you guys are all about respecting John and Nate you would have done the right thing by them. Plus Extreme Paychecks has bought advertisement here before, maybe doing the right thing by them would encourage them to buy again. But at this point I wouldn't be expecting that.

Chris - here it is in very simple English:

Extreme Paychecks is NOT an advertiser on this board, so you do not get the benefits that paying advertisers do.

You know, soemthing just popped into my head - the last time something like this happened and a program bitched that we moved their thread was when the fucktard pimpdog for Epi**ash was throwing a fit on the board.

It's sad that I am starting to think that you Chris are in the same board as that idiot.

I have no idea who moved the first thread but am proud that our moderators are that much on there toes. Let's call a spade a spade. The announcement, contest and anything posted regarding it is an advertisement. It isn't trying to show appreciation...it is trying to get more signups. That is what this business is about and anyone would have to be stupid to think it is out of the kindness of ExtremePaychecks heart to run this contest.

Past sponsors are not second class to us. But, they do not have the same privileges as current sponsors. We would have at least liked a little notice, maybe a link to GreenguyandJim or anything other than the way it was handled.

You know what Green Guy, I don't like how things have unfolded around here the last couple of days. But I had an opinion and I expressed it without calling names and without degrading anyone. I kept everything professional because I knew that on this board that would get me further then cursing at people and calling names. The sad thing is I expected the same and I can see that idea is going south real quick. Compare me to whoever you want too, call me whatever name makes you happy but in the end your the one that is going to look bad not me.

Of coarse, we want to get more sign ups out this contest that is plain and simple too see. But we could have offered a higher payout or maybe a TV. But we decided that going on a Cruise with our affiliates, partying with them, and talking business was a more personal touch. You opinion seems a little bitter and untrusting, but there are companies out there that do appreciate their affiliates. And Extreme Paychecks is one of them!!!

This will also be my last post about this subject. And I just wanted to clear a few things up. First, most of us have had a very bad week. And, I know that had to be part of how this escalated to where it is now. For some reason, piece of shit spammers seem to think they have a right to spam our board for some reason. And you know I am not talking about you. Anyway, it really is starting to drive us crazy.

Hell, if you did more than to see if Greenguy was on ICQ before you put the advertisement on the main board, we would have worked with you. A quick email and/or phone call would have gotten it not only on the main board but also in the News and a link in the newsletter. Even if, after the post was moved, you contacted us, we most likely would have moved it back. That was until your "employee" decided to start something that was really none of his business. We don't conduct business like that and I know you don't.

As for me mentioning the page views of the other sites...I was only trying to point out that the advertisement in the proper forum still got more page views than anywhere else other than GFY. Even when, the other boards let your post stay on the main page. So when you compare the boards above, please compare apples to apples.

So, in your post and on ICQ with Greenie you said you expected the post to be moved. If that is true, why didn't you post it in the proper forum to start with? You knew it would be moved and yet still didn't respect us enough to follow the rules. That is where I get lost in the whole thing.

Anyway, I am done with this and there is really no need for anyone else to reply. We tried to do this away from the public but, your "employee" wouldn't allow it. Is that really how you wanted this to work out John?
