How long does it take to get paid by Reality Cash?
 

Ok then. My last sale with Reality Cash was 12/10/04 and I have yet to receive a checky-poo. (And yes, I have exceeded the payout minimum)

In my opinion, their payout schedule sucks balls anyway. I don't understand why it would take a full month to send out a check But who am I to judge?

Anywho, do you folks normally have a good experience with them? I emailed them yesterday, without reply. I have an ICQ into Loryn now.

Seeing it's part of adult.com I think you can choose how often they send you checks.

Of course, I can't remember my fucking login info, so as soon as it's emailed to me, I'll be able to look at my account & we can compare notes :)

You can choose to be paid weekly, monthly is just the default setting. IMO they are a solid company, and you should not be concerned about your money. Get with Loryn, and I am sure she will get everything straight.

Why is it that I can't adjust the weekly/monthy setting from Adult.com, but I can at Adult Platinum? It's a conspiracy.

I did manage to get my login to work for adultplatinum.com but none of the others work. I think I put in a login request for each program :D

They are OK and i always got my many on time. 1 and 15 of the each month. I am sure you will get yours $$

What does concern me is that I got my Adult Platinum & Playboy Cash checks yesterday.

Of course, seeing as I can't login, I have no idea if I was due any money anyway :D

What pisses me off is that I'm watching the old JUNK folder like a hawk - I've gotten 4 or 5 spams for the Playboy site, but no login emails :D

At least they pay everyone else. That's what really matters. |cry|

Hey warrior, they pay out 15 days from the end of the last period on Realitycash. So for the pay period up until the 15th they pay on 1st and vice versa. I noticed what usually happens is they mail it on time (or a couple of days later if the 1st or 15th falls on a weekend) but I've noticed on average it takes at least 7-10 days to get the check. So like last period they mailed it on Jan 2nd but I didn't get it until like the 10th or 11th.

Still no reply from them. This really pisses me off. I only ever built a couple of free sites promoting them and they converted unusually well for me. I mean, I really suck at this, but I made a handful of sales quickly (by my standards). But what's the use of making sales if they don't send the check?

I've ICQ'd Loryn a second time. A lot of good that will do me.

And a minute after that post...Loryn responds on ICQ. She's off to lunch (just in case anyone is wondering), but will get back to me later. They are in the process of moving to a new building. Good. Maybe my check is running a recon of their new headquarters.

Glad 2 hear you are getting your check. They have always paid me on time and I've never had a problem. Loryn has always been really helpful too.
It sounds like your experience was rare and it was due to the office moving thing, I doubt you'll have any more problems.

I still believe the extended delay is completely inexcusable. As I told Eric, outside a natural disaster, there is no reason to be late on sending checks to your affiliates. It's disrespectful and shows a lack of caring. I wouldn't have mentioned this extended view of the situation if Eric hadn't disagreed on that very point in his email to me. I don't care if Lensman wants to personally fondle each check. Just get it to me on time. I'm running low on beer damn you!:D

As well as they converted on the little traffic I sent them, I'm always going to have a bad feel for them. (Unless they send me a T-shirt. ;) )

Eric is a good man and so in Loryn. But their payouts are terrible. I've missed payments too and am waiting for one now actually that is way late. Of course it's not even $200 so not a big deal.

Yeah me too... Im waiting for the check that they sent before (loryn said so) but It didnt arrive, so they resended it ...its taking so long.

Warrior you said you hit the minimum payout on 1/10/05 right? That means that for the period up until the 15th, you earned enough to get a check and the payperiod up until the 15th goes out on the 1st of Feb.

If they still owe you a check from BEFORE then where you hit the minimum payout, then I understand why you're worried. Let me know if this helps at all.

Wait, I just went back and read it. You said you hit the minimum payout on DEC 10th. Yeah they definitely owe you a check. I read it wrong. Sorry about that.

That really sucks you haven't gotten yours yet. I always get mine from them but like I said it always takes a while (at least 10 days in the mail). Do you live out of the country or anything? I'm really surprised they haven't paid you yet! Let us know when you get it.

They just don't like me. I can't blame them. I don't like me half the time either.

Eric told me it was because of the Vegas show and that Lensman likes to personally sign each check. So I'm forced to assume that they either don't give a shit about affiliates getting paid or Lensman forgot to bring a pen with him to the show.

Lol ... hope you never try Non-adult, 2 weeks hold would be a dream for most non-adult sponsor programs. I have most ranging from 1-3 months hold. Even Adsense is 1 month hold if I remember correctly.

Spoiled? You consider us spoiled for expecting to be paid as promised? I'm not sure why I should wait longer for an internet business to pay me than an employer that I can reach out and touch with my own two hands.

Let's keep in mind, I'm not complaining about a check that is 2 or 3 days late. The fucking thing should have been processed January 1st. With the holiday it should have been mailed out Monday the 3rd. They're going to hear my friendly voice on the phone in morning. If they don't give me a damned good reason not to be pissed, they're going get such a string of explicativees that they'll want to put me on the line with the dumb fuck who writes their ad text so he can find inspiration in my words.

Well, useless warrior, if you are like me you depend on your affiliate checks. I work hard online and this is what I do for a living. I expect to be paid too just like you. If a sponsor doesn't pay out on time or has bad support, they lose my business.

I agree with everything you are saying. Affiliates have to work hard and spend all their time and get paid on a commission :-). That is what makes it so hard.
I wouldn't change a thing though!

Normally, useless warrior, I'd say forget about them and let them go. But Realitycash.com always pays on time (at least me) and it sounds like they are trying to get it sorted out. They recently asked me for a W-9 form, could this be it? They wanted it ASAP and some sponsors will request this before paying you out. Of course, I'd been promoting them for a while before they asked me for it.
If they said they sent it, I am sure they did.

By the way, I've NEVER had a problem with a sponsor. The only problem I've ever had with a sponsor was just absolutely TERRIBLE conversion ratios, not with payment. I usually stick with sponsors that established webmasters promote, like if Greenguy and Jim say they are good, I'll sign up. I always steer clear of a sponsor who is IFFY or doesn't have some good thumbs up from other webmasters.

Anyway, I need to shut up now. I hope you get your check! I am feeling sorry for you LOL. I know what it's like to wait for your bread and better. That is why I bust my ass updating my sites and adding new stuff, so I keep my sales up. BY THE WAY, WARRIOR, earlier this month I was on the board complaining about my ratios were much worse than usual most of the month with all of my sponsors. I said only a few were still converting good. Realitycash is one of those sponsors that were still converting great and consistently always has for me over and over. That is why I say, don't give up on em yet!
