The Official "Jay Servidio and Teleteria - Who Gives A Shit" Thread
Jay Servidio & Teleteria Win Fraud Awards!!! [/b]
With his fraudulent turnkey Internet sites, Jay Servidio and Teleteria have swept all categories in the annual 2005 Golden Mouse Internet Fraud Awards. Here are the details: 1. SWINDLER OF THE YEAR: Jay Servidio wins in a walk because of his junk-content, overpriced adult Web sites, and Scott Peterson-like ability to lie through his teeth at www.teleteria.com and for his probably illegal offshore gambling site www.TeleteriaCasino.com. 2. MOST EGREGIOUS EXAMPLE OF A PHONY "MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE" ON THE 'NET: Gosh! Jay Servidio wins again with his worthless "guarantee." The con artist doesn't even let you keep the site and design work that sucker newbies paid for. 3. SITE MOST LIKELY TO RESULT IN THE FBI KNOCKING ON YOUR DOOR: Jay Servidio is the unanimous winner with his TeleteriaCasino.com scam. The Feds are cracking down on offshore gambling. So, in addition to Teleteria's customary swindles, you are likely violating Federal anti-gambling statutes. Maybe Jay will send a cake with a file inside to you at Leavenworth. On second thought, never mind--he'll probably be in the cell next to yours. 4. SCOUNDREL MOST LIKELY TO THREATEN LAWSUITS BUT NEVER GET AROUND TO FILING ONE: No one challenged Jay Servidio of Teleteria in this competition. When his screaming, name-calling, bullying, and threats don't work, he has a shyster Connecticut attorney send out standard cease-and-desist letters. Maybe Jay doesn't sue beause that would require paying a lawyer an up-front retainer, which he can't do because his shoestring business is always broke. 5. INTERNET SHYSTER MOST LIKELY TO WIN NEXT YEAR'S FRAUD AWARDS: Guess who? Jay Servidio of Teleteria overwhelmed the competition in this category. Since he's been cheating innocent newbies for years, why would he change in 2005? 6. BEST INTERNET JOKE OF THE YEAR AWARD: How do you know when Jay Servidio is lying? His lips are moving. If you come across any newbies considering sending money to Jay Servidio and Teleteria, tell them about the 2005 Golden Mouse Internet Fraud Awards and to search for "Teleteria" at scam.com, klixxx.com, gfy.com, adultwebmasterhangout.com, and badbusinessbureau.com, to scratch the surface. __________________ Brian Baschnagel Austin, TX |
It's amazing that so much effort is put into place to try to discredit a person. This post has been over done, over placed, and overly boring!
I know he's not a well liked guy (Servidio). I don't know for a fact what happened to you Brian, but I can say Jay has been fair and square with me. His support system he has in place is great and skilled in what they do. I guess if he had screwed as many people as you say he has, then we'd hear from far more than you and one or two others. |
Brad, you've posted on other boards as Brad Zeek..and Lord knows who else....I've seen your site. You can't make money from it, as it goes to other sites, rather than to ccbill, as it is supposed to.
I have a headache, Brad...it doesn't matter whether Jay is liked or not...what matters is you are defending someone that can defend himself.. His business practices have not pleased people....but, please....let's knock off the bullshit..I've seen your site. |
I have to agree-
I'm getting real tired of seeing this same post. You got taken. (Apparently) Welcome to the adult world, now move on. Most of the readers here are not people that would do business with them anyhow. (not because of who he is, but because we are mostly experienced web people and don't need his services.) So you are just wasting your pastes......singing to the choir, whatever you want to call it. All it ends up doing is wasting my time because it keeps tripping my keyword filters in my Board tracker software and I end up having to look at it again. Posting the same message, over and over again on various boards (Which many of us all read) doesn't do a thing for you. What exactly do you expect US to do about it? Get yourself an attorney if you think you have a case. But from what I've seen, that was tried to no avail. You don't even put the info out as info, you put it out like you're trying to "clever." Fraud awards.....right. Gimme a break. No one here needs to see your sad attempts at being clever. |
EJ...I'm talking about the poster Brad..who is T's poster boy. He claims that he's made lots and lots of money off the site made for him..and, it simply cannot be true..he follows those around who are trying to warn the world.....and tries to discredit them.
You're right that those who buy from these people probably don't post here...and by the time they do, it's too late..they've already been burned or dissatisfied.... Here's the thing..we all know people who do not have web sites. I've been approached, as recently as yesterday by someone who wanted to buy a turnkey site. I made a recommendation after talking to this person....so, if people are asking me about this...I'm quite sure there are others.... Knowledge is power...so, while we won't buy into this, we all know someone who would benefit from the warning. |

I am the first to say, go get em when you have been ripped off. I don't know anyone in this business that has been ripped off for more money by one person than myself. One of the happiest days of my life was the day I decided to move on. And I know Sparky feels the same way. He has a bad taste in his mouth as well.
|
First, Raven, I was switching from ibill to ccbill which is why it didn't go where it was supposed to go. Second, I'm not Jay's bitch nor do I want to be anyone's bitch. Yeah, I'm a member of most of the boards, just like you. Third, it's ok for some people to go around and post the same thing but not me? That makes sense. Fourth, it really doesn't matter what I say or anyone else for that matter, minds have been made up. And that's fine. And finally, because I don't want to bore you, as far as I can tell there's only been a couple of complaints and they've been by the same people posted every month. It's just getting old. Move on. Jay can defend himself, but if I were him I wouldn't want to go on these boards because it wouldn't matter what he says, whether he's right, to you he will always be wrong. I only post as Bradzeek.

1. You could be billing with G'd Almighty and your site doesn't convert. I'm not going to bother explaining to you what a marketable site looks like..and, while there are occasional anomalies, most of the time, in order to make money, a surfer has to get to a billing page.....I went to your site. I could not get to a page to input my credit card. 2. You be somebody's bitch; because everytime there is a complaint on any board, you're there, next post. I can only go by what I observe...and there it is. You are not just like me. Don't compare yourself to me. I have a reputation and it's not bad, from what I hear. Can you say the same? 3. No. It's not okay, as this guy and the guy I just read about...a new one..on another board...seems this happens at least once a month, like menstruation....has a complaint, whereas you're just a puppy dog who goes around defending the indefensible. 4. Yes, it does matter; but, you're right. It doesn't matter what YOU say, because those of us with half a brain can see right through the words you write. And, finally, a bad odour never goes away until it is thrown out and the can is cleaned...so keep expecting this post and others to keep popping up like teenage acne....inconveniently and when least expected. |

Jay Servidio and Teleteria Are Scamming At-Home Moms
Just when you think fatso fraudster Jay Servidio can't sink any lower in depravity, check out the scummy scoundrel's new site--www.momsmakemoneyathome.com. Now, even stay-at-home mothers are not safe from the scams of Jay Servidio and Teleteria. People ask why we at Convict-Jay work so hard to put Teleteria out of business, to slap that smirk off the fat-faced fraud Servidio, and put him in jail. This latest Web site explains why. Will the moms take food out of their babies' mouths to enrich a crook like Jay Servidio? We've been contacted by people who are broke and unemployed, but are considering borrowing money from friends to "buy" one of the crummy crook's scam sites. How low can scum-of-the-earth Servidio sink? Will he next cheat his own mother?! At any rate, check out the real Brad-Zeek's blog at spaces.msn.com/members/StopTeleteriaNow. AVOID-JAY-SERVIDIO-AND-TELETERIA-AT-ALL-COST NEWS UPDATE
StopTeleteriaNow’s News Update on Jay Servidio and Teleteria
Welcome to the new-and-improved StopTeleteriaNow. Our previous posts have encountered flak for being too repetitive and caustic. Some of our readers clearly have delicate sensibilities, so we’ve dedicated ourselves to keeping the name-calling and crude references to a minimum. We won’t, for example, say that Jay Servidio is a “fat slimy scamster who belongs in jail for his serial Internet frauds.” None of that stuff for the improved StopTeleteriaNow. We don’t want to shock any gentle hearts with such rough language. But enough of this housekeeping. Here are the latest links detailing what our good friend Jay Servidio of Teleteria is up to. www.teleteria.tv/whyteleteria.html www.officialseka.com/usc.html www.creatadultsite.com/index.html www.club69.com/aadult-web-site.html Note that Jay Servidio is using YNOT Bob in a testimonial despite YNOT Bob’s vehement objections. We can only guess at YNOT Bob’s reaction to being victimized again by Servidio. (We hope that YNOT Bob doesn’t use any repetitive or caustic language in expressing his objections since this might offend the delicate sensibilities of some readers.) Also, why the creation of Web sites that don’t use the word “Teleteria”? Has exposure of Servidio and Teleteria’s worthless turnkey adult sites caused him to back away from the name? We know that your responses to this post will be full of praise and adulation for the new-and-improved StopTeleteriaNow. We assume that your reactions to Servidio and Teleteria’s latest moves will fall into the following categories: 1. You’re sick and tired of hearing about Servidio and Teleteria, regardless of how many newbies that he scams. (Oops! Sorry for that caustic word.) 2. You want to encourage Servidio in his activities because newbies are getting what they deserve. After all, they’re worthless get-rich-quick suckers who deserve to lose their life’s savings to Servidio and Teleteria. 3. You have a heart and a conscience and find Servidio’s activities abhorrent and a disgrace to the Internet, where so many honest business people, like many of you, do their darndest to treat their customers fairly. We hope you will do everything in your power to warn newbies about Servidio and Teleteria. Thank you for your time and patience. |
Have You Been Scammed by Jay Servidio and Teleteria?
Of course, the best advice for newbies is to run as fast as you can from serial Internet fraudster Jay Servidio and Teleteria Inc. If you let your guard down for a minute, you can be taken in by the turnkey Web site swindles at teleteria.com. However, if he has already ensnared you in one of his scams, don’t give up hope! We at Teleteria.info have some helpful suggestions.
(Please be aware that we at Teleteria.info do not give legal advice, and you alone are responsible for whatever happens if you follow our proposals. Nevertheless, we have some common-sense ideas that may help.) As soon as you realize that Teleteria’s fraudulent turnkey Web site can never make money because of shoddy overpriced content and cheaper high-quality completion: 1. STOP PAYING THE CHISELER IMMEDIATELY. Hopefully, you made your payments by credit card. Go to your credit card company at once, explain that you are being defrauded, and request that your payments to Teleteria be charged off. If you paid by check, retain the photocopies of your checks that come with your checking-account statements. These could be valuable in any fraud actions or complaints you may file against Teleteria. Also, they could also be evidence if Servidio and Teleteria are not reporting income to the IRS. 2. Orally and in writing, demand full repayment from Teleteria for all the money you have paid because you have been defrauded. Scammer Servidio is not likely to return your money, but it can be helpful to have records of how, when, and why you demanded repayment. 3. Flimflammer Servidio may suggest that any problems with the Web site can be solved if you “buy traffic” from him. DON’T FALL FOR THIS TRICK. As a dyed-in-the-wool con artist, Servidio requests even more money when his victims become suspicious. He’ll charge you an outrageous amount of money for “traffic,” and you’ll learn the hard way that it’s more money down the Teleteria rat hole. 4. When you refuse to pay any more money and demand a full refund, Servidio will scream that you have a contract with him. Don’t worry about his so-called contract because he’s engaging in fraud, and no judge will enforce a fraud-based contract. He will threaten to sue you. Tell him to go ahead. He’s not going to sue anyone for two reasons: the aforementioned fraud and the fact that Teleteria is a shoestring operation and he can’t afford to sue anyone. This is another of a fraudster’s empty threats. 5. When you stop paying, insist that you retain the Web site and its design work. After all, Servidio and Teleteria claim that you “bought” the site. In reality, of course, when you stop paying, Servidio retains the site and design work and SELLS IT TO THE NEXT SUCKER. Check with your attorney. This may be the best place to hang your hat in any legal action alleging fraud. Servidio “sells” you the site yet never gives up possession. 6. Servidio’s idea of salesmanship is to scream obscenities at you over the phone. Hang up on the corruption king. He has been known to threaten physical violence against his customers and their spouses, but not to worry. He’s what they call in Texas “all hat and no cattle.” He won’t do anything because he’s the fat bully on the playground who runs away when you stand up to him. However, if he continues to harass and threaten you, call the police. According to a reliable source, a Teleteria customer called the police in Connecticut about Servidio’s threats and harassment. The cops reportedly told Servidio that he’d be arrested if he called the victim again. End of problem. Crook Servidio has got to be stopped from hurting, scamming, and stealing from people. That’s why we at Teleteria.info are working hard to put Teleteria out of business and Servidio in jail. In the meantime, warn any newbies about the Teleteria Trickster. Encourage them to Google “Jay Servidio” and “Teleteria” before sending dime one to this victimizer. |
I hate this type of drive-by post. I don't know Jay Servidio and perhaps he is a con artist, but who in the hell is stacystreur? What would make you believe him?
|
Teleteria has been around scamming people for a looong time.
If it's a paysite, shoes or content, do your research and you will be happy. Best advice I can give. |
Sorry if you're offended by "drive-by posts." You are obviously a very sensitive person and we are truly sorry for offending you. However, newbies must be protected by serial Internet crook Jay Servidio and Teleteria. We at teleteria.info suggest that you get comfortable in your pajamas, brew some more coffee, and ignore drive-by posts if they bother you.

Chill people. Pretty much all of us here don't like drive-by posters, spammers and scammers. But why bite the head of a drive-by poster that posts about a well known scammer and doesn't post about a product that will save them from this scammer?
It's just info that will come up if a future newbie does some research about Teleteria. |

Houses can not really be "child proofed" and the Internet can damn sure not be "newbie proofed." The world is a dangerous place. It always was, and probably always will be. I have no problem with your desire to warn people. But "newbies" aren't some special group that needs our protection. They're just people. People need to take more responsibility for their own decisions. If someone decides to act without doing proper research, they will often get surprised by the results of their actions. If that's how they choose to run their lives offline, it's really not our duty to protect them when they choose to come online. That said...I'm willing to help pretty much anyone at any time. Doesn't matter if they're newcomers or old salts. I just don't think that "protecting newbies" is some kind of mission that we need to be on. Simon |
Here is my point. Until Swedguy replied to this thread the thread was useless due to the fact that the only thing we have ever heard from this stacystreur character was his rewrite of his site's page to the board.
Being of legal age, it am embarrassed when I am ripped off. Damn if I am going to make it public as how stupid I can be. Wonder if this Jay Servidio will take my money to make me some hosted free sites? |

It's really hard to feel sorry for a newbie who probably lost 2-5k to Jay when the newbie comes off as a cock. So keep that in mind before you post like that again. We all know that Jay is an unethical (and extremely clever) bastard. The only reason he is still around comes down to the fact that he doesn't appear to be doing anything illegal. Unethical yes, illegal - no. So, buyer beware. When I first started hearing about him I too felt compassion for the non-thinkers who fell for his deal, but a few years later, I couldn't really care anymore. What Toby said rings so true. That type of newbie doesn't read the boards and they don't do any research. They are the get rich quick fuckers. So |cry| |
This guy Servidio and the website teleteria.com have been known as scams for a long time. I'm really surprised people fall for it anymore, since all you have to do is type in "teleteria.com scam" you will see quite a few pages filled with complaints and content showing that his site is a complete scam.
I can't believe people don't research things more before they buy! Especially from turnkey websites, which have a lot of fraud and/or bullshit involved in them |
Well I'm one of those guys who got ripped off when I started out. But I can honestly say that 50% of it was my fault. Like most newbes I did not research. I guess the only thing I had over some new people was I never expected to get rich on the web nor did I expect it to be easy work. I guess that's why I'm still around after roughly two years of failing. But it's the same thing as a real life store business, if it seems to good to be true then it is. If you open a candy store and only know how to build houses without researching for a long time, then you are going to fail and most likely get ripped off in the process.
Stacy I'm not jumping you here, but do what I did after my problem. Sit back and ask yourself, (what questions you did not ask) when starting business with this person. Did you search on the website name? Did you search the BBB? I'm sure you will find that you made plenty of bad business choices and you know if it's a legal business then maybe you have some legal action you can take. As far as part 6 of your rant, here's my advice. Your in Texas right? Invite him over your home, when he walks into the house tell him to get out and then shoot him. It's legal there I think. |
Sorry your in NYC
http://mail.scam.com/showthread.php?t=1269 |
Stacy has done drive-bys on a few boards. I agree, it's still good for people to know. But as stated, most every person that comes up saying they have been scammed, did no research before they handed over their money.

How to Drop in on Jay Servidio of Teleteria at Home!
Hey, kids! Let's all go visit chubby chiseler Jay Servidio of Teleteria where he lives and runs his fraud-drenched adult turnkey Web-site operation. There, we can engage in a frank exchange of views with him concerning his continuing fraud against innocent newbies. Should be fun! The following is the latest information on malignant vulture Servidio, according to our latest background check:
SERVIDIO, JAY ANTHONY, Age 45 268 Jelliff Mill Rd., New Canaan, CT 06840 203-966-3700 (but there's no need to call ahead, just show up!) (Don't be fooled by Teleteria's impressive Lexington Avenue address in Manhattan. Like everything else involving Teleteria, it's a sham. It's a cheesy mail-drop address and not an office at all. Also, ignore Teleteria's old Richmond Hill Road address. The resident-clown of the adult Web business was booted out of his condo there for running an unauthorized business in his basement. Here's a two-bit con man who claims to be making millionaires out of his customers, but operates his business out of his home and can't even afford to pay his employees, FedEx, or his other furious creditors.) Here’s how you get to slithering cretin Jay Servidio's place starting from, say, Seventh Avenue and West 29th Street in Manhattan: Start out going west on W 29th St toward Eighth Ave. Turn right onto West Side Hwy/NY-9A N/12th Ave. Continue to follow NY-9A N Take Exit 14 toward George Washington Bridge/I-95/Cross Bronx Expwy/W. 178th St. Merge onto Cross Bronx Expy/I-95 N/US-1 N toward Cross Bronx Expwy Take the I-87 Exit 1C toward Maj Deegan Expwy/Albany/Queens Merge onto I-87 N via Exit 3N toward Albany Take Exit 4 toward Cross County Pkwy Stay straight to go onto Central Park Ave (Don’t give up! We’re making real progress towards malignant vulture Servidio’s residence.) Take Cross County Pkwy East ramp toward Bronx River Pkwy Take the ramp toward Hutchinson Pkwy Merge onto Cross County Pkwy E Cross County Pkwy E becomes Hutchinson River Pkwy N Hutchinson River Pkwy N becomes Ct-15N/Merritt Pkwy Take the CT-106/Old Stamford Rd exit—exit 36 Turn left onto Old Stamford Rd/CT-106 Turn left onto Jelliff Rd and prepare for a lot of whining from the blubbery mother of all liars. Whew! Typing these directions is almost as tedious as watching a Teleteria infomercial. Be sure and meet Servidio’s “lovely” wife Carol, his coconspirator in fraud. On second thought, the less said about her, the better. Let us know how it goes. NOTE: This is not a drive-by post. Since many of you live to chat, I want to be as accommodating as possible. However, we can cut to the chase right away. 1. Yes, we’re baaaack! 2. Yes, we will be posting all over the Web. 3. No, were not moving on. We’ll move on when the beady-eyed sausage-shaped con artist and his coconspirator wife are out of business and in jail for fraud. 4. We should have done “due diligence” before being conned by Servidio and Teleteria. You’re absolutely correct on that account. 5. These types of posts are “vindictive.” If you think these posts are vindictive, you’re obviously not from New York City. You ain't seen nuthin' yet! 6. We may get in trouble with these posts. The only way we’ll get in trouble is if flabby fraudster Servidio crushed us with his massive girth. We’re pretty quick, so I don’t think there’s real danger. Let’s chat. |
Could someone please move this thread to the "I'm a Stupid Cocksucker" forum?
Oh, and ban this idiot while you're at it. |

I love you, too!

I hope you had to pimp yourself out to well hung anally-obsessed crack addicts with as-of-yet undiagnosed diseases in order to feed your own fat whiny face. Good luck with that legal battle. |thumb |
