I watched the TV prog about Sahara and it looked like she was set to be a superstar. She's smart enough!

well by all accounts sales went through the roof for Joe A's affiliates due to her TV appearence, just not mine nor ANYONE elses in the UK I work with - OH FFS (the fake name joe posts under in the UK) he saw amazing turnovers by placing a thumb on his page - to this date the guy has failed to even list the page - It stinks the whole lot, set up tours leaks number of processors - you name it.

I suggest that you study the law related to DMCA action.

When a DMCA notice is served it is sent to the offending domain, their host, cc processor if necessary and the upstream provider. This is not abuse, but how the matter is dealt with. Contact your lawyers and they will confirm this is 100% correct. I should also have sent a signed fax for it to be served correctly, but there is no fax number on your whois. What I did find funny, was that one of your admin then asked me who they should email to confirm removal of the material. For such a professional company who received one DMCA notice that listed all it had been served on, you should have known who to reply to.

I keep a sample DMCA notice on line for others who find their copyright material being used without permission. This has been openly available to all since 2001, which is how long I have been sending them to domains who ignore my original request.

Finally why ignore the apology I received from Andrei who admitted to errors. That wasn't necessary but he sent it and it was appreciated.

Kinky what biz have I lost from this board... I have actually gained quite a lot.. A post I made that was ignored actually thanked Tommy of the Bookmarks and others for their help..

The result being that when I started working with these people my own sales went up from one a day to two, before anyone tries to be clever :) Seriously Tommy and others have helped a lot. I had never submitted galleries etc. before and in no specific order, Richards Realm, Tommy, Shemp, Bravs Babe Rankings, Movie Fiend and others have been great to me :)

You also have to remember all press whether good or bad, is press and gives people the incentive to find out more.

Having seen many tgp's over the years I have to say that I hate them. Most use trading scripts and I've tested many as a surfer. Some of which took up to 10 attempts to get to the intended gallery. I now prefer to work with the people I know and respect for the way they run their sites, rather than have affiliates who send traffic from a tgp if I'm lucky. I must be honest and say that the only name from those here who I recognise is Cleo, apart from those I named before, from her links/tgp's and so not having her on my side is no loss. I have survived for 6 years in this biz without her and others like her so I haven't lost anything. As far as I'm concerned traffic from 99% of tgps/links sites is just surfers looking for freebies and they just burn bandwidth.

I prefer to choose who I work with at the moment and it seems to work better this way. To be honest... I loved the old days when we didn't need to have FHG etc. We made a few galleries ourselves ,promoted them here and there, affiliates linked to our tours and we made sales. Now we sponsors have to do everything for most affiliates as everyone wants to be one but they have even less knowledge than me... LOL

Finally.. And I'm not having a go.. Let's be honest.. How many people on any forums have ever met face to face. I am the one who Cleo and her motley crew love to put down.. It keeps their tiny minds active. I'm pleased I managed to get to Internext twice back in 2001, as I'm still in contact with many of the people I met there in person. In fact my first meeting with anyone from CCBill was at those shows, and it was me screaming at them... Instead of posting accusations... Why not post a reply to my comments about your site, as all my replies have addressed your previous post. I don't go off on a tangent. You made a complaint and I answered you with the reasons why you are wrong.. All you can do is say that I'm someone who I'm not... DUH.

Why didn't you change the link as I told you to do on April 2 or 3 ?

Answer those questions instead of posting more rubbish. You had plenty of time to make the changes before Sahara was in The Sun on April 25th and we appeared on tv on April 26th... You didn't make the changes but decided to post a flame at me after all that time... My fault or yours... You run your sites not me, so if you're too lazy to make a simple change that's not my fault. You had 3 weeks to do a simple thing but you didn't....

I think my evidence supports me enough to show I'm right. If that isn't obvious, I can't say more. I've cut and pasted an ICQ chat with Paul showing when I told him to make changes which he didn't bother to do. I have also cut and pasted the apology I received from Porn Inspector. In this hanging court it seems the truth doesn't prevail :)

Is Porn O Plenty you ? If so, not one gallery from any of my pay sites has ever been listed there. I've never relied on tgp's/links sites for traffic in 6 years. If some won't list them now, it won't make much of a difference to me, and that's not written in a rude or sarcastic manner, but just stating a fact. You don't/can't miss what you've never had. If I had relied on them for traffic, I would be in a totally different position.

Most of my affiliates, for all my pay sites, are among the most popular with surfers looking for Indian, as they've been around as long as me, and have built a name for themselves. They specialise in the niche, so their traffic is targeted. They don't have an Indian category with every other niche as do most tgp's/links sites. This is the reason I've never worked with general listing sites myself. Most surfers looking for Indian don't want to see anything but Indian. I would say it's the same for almost any specific niche. A surfer looking for a Black site would go to a site specialising in this niche. A surfer in to panty wetting would look for sites specialising in this and so on....

Just a sane person making an observation and giving an asshole a chance to see the err of his ignorant ways... guess you really arent worth the "heads up"... I doubt you're smart enough to make use of it anyway |yawn|

Joe do a search on google for "indian porn" and then see all the business you are pissing away with your narrow thoughts on link lists... the results return the niche category and not the index pages and have the most targeted SE traffic you could ever hope for
