OK, here is the deal
 

Since my daughter has bed rest for the next 5 months, my lovely wife and myself decided to move in with her for most of that 5 months. Her boyfriend isn't too happy but to tell you the truth, I am not that happy with him. She needs help and we are there for her.

So, for the next 5 months, I will be in Rochester on and off. Mostly on... I am getting a cable modem setup sometime today and will continue my regular work.

I really can't say more than that but...there will be days that I will not be around at all.

That's it for most of today. I will talk to you guys tomorrow.

I guess your relationship with your daughter is different then my relationship was with my parents but if they had tried to come stay with me and it was going to cause issues with my mate I would have preferred that they stayed away.

Sounds like you have the same type of close relationship with your daughter that we have with our son... we wish you all the best!

Thanks guys...she needs someone to help with my granddaughter and we are there. We will be there on and off for the next 5 months but it really is a small price to pay. She is my daughter after all. Who else is going to be there for her?

I have just been told that I am going back home today to pick up some clothes for both people and dogs. I will be out of here for the rest of the day. Nothing like a 2.5 hour drive one way and then turning around and going back. :)

What kind of clothing do the dogs wear?

When do parents learn... when they are old enough to leave it is time to celebrate not move back in with them! I told my 2 15 year olds that I couldn't wait for them to turn 18 and move out. |waves| They told me to not get my hopes up because they were going to be living at home well passed their 18th birthdays! They were hinting at somewhere in their 30's... maybe! |cry|

Just kidding Jim... I hope your daughter is doing OK!

Oh yeah, the cats are Maine Coons. About 25 pounds each.
