Another long night with the baby. Jesus, no wonder people my age can't have babies anymore :) Again, I will be scarce until Tuesday.

It's finally Garbage Day - let me say that after having 150 people or so at your house & not having the garbage picked up for 6 days, it's starts to smell - plus the maggots are lovely this time of year :D

2 huge garbage bins, 11 normal garbage cans, 2 recycle bins full of empty liquor bottles & 4 or 5 straggler bags of garbage - I'm surprised I can get out of my driveway :)

I'll be scarce this morning as I have the normal Friday running to do with The Bitch & then I might clean the Pool House for poker tomorrow :)

Happy Friday!!! Hope everyone has a good weekend. Looks like we will also escape the hurricane..... |pink But I do think we will have a lot of rain this weekend. Guess hubby and I will just have to plan indoor activities... ;)

When the hurricane shutters are up, it is nice and dark and perfect for movies any time of day. Not that I have time for movies, but, it is nice to dream.

This weekend I'm going to do something totally uncharacteristic and probably spend a few hours in front of the computer working. :)

Somewhere in that town, there's a little hot dog stand that has a drive up window, and they sell Dirt Dogs in boxes of like, 12. . .do you know what I'm talking about?

I haven't been up there in YEARS but I remember those hotdogs, and they were so good!!

Got up at 4:30 to drive my neighbors to the airport and hit the computer until 7am then went back to bed for 3 hours. More coffee and a full day ahead work wise.

And yes, dirt dogs...yummy. There's a little diner called New Way Lunch, which is often referred to as Dirty John's, and they are the fine folks that sell dirt dogs. Of course, you won't see them on the menu listed as 'Dirt Dogs'. ;)
