looking for some feedback, i built google into my site... this a good idea or bad?

I have some sites with the G search and some without. It really doesn't matter to G. My sites that have the G search are all over 50k of pages. Makes it easier for my bookmarkers to find exactly what they want at my site and not have to worry about going to popup hell.

well my search is a little different, my site gets the results from google and builds it into my site... sorry about the posts... accident...

Mine does too. I have G set to pull my pages first, So if a surfer types in lesbian for example they get my pages first, then the rest of the web. :D

btw, is it possible that google does only seach between your own domain ?

Looking sideways at these posts reminds me of a friend of mine who's 11 yr old daughter was getting allot of explicit porn spam sent to her email box. so him being the person he is trade the email to someone in Brazil aske dhim (on te phone) to stop send ing email to his lil daughter. He said pretty much the same was said here tisk tisk. He warned him if he didn't he would be stopped. well in about 20 sec. later of Bs talking the guys pc / server went offline perm. I don't know what he did but he was a top sercurity consultant for a Co.

The internet is actually brings people closer and I was surprised to find out that a group of ppl I chatted with were all players in the internet world but you'd never guess it by judging by appearences.

On another note Using google I have no clue I haven't messed around with Search engines (yet).

Christopher, would the Amphitheater High School Class of 2002 approve of your actions here? You come here seeking advice and/or to trade links with seasoned webmasters. Since June 09, Greenguy and others politely answered your inquires. Because someone contradicted your ideas, you improperly communicate your thoughts by resorting to name calling and profanity directed toward an owner of the board and a moderator of the board. What you fail to realize is that many of us are not helpless, nor forced to read your abuse, nor tolerate it.

Understand that modification of Google code is not new. I am not old enough, but Surfn was probably doing it when you were a snotty-nose kid. My request for you to post the information was not for my benefit. I simply was asking you share your knowledge with other members of the board. You know 'give a little and take lots' and up to this point, you have done nothing but take.

Several posters here have indicated that you have talent and have issued an invitation for you to stick around and develop those talents. Hopefully, you can grasp the restraints that normally rein in rude and vicious behavior and continue to reap the benefits of Greenguy and Jim. Just remember that abusive, insulting posts will cause the members of this board to recognize you to be rude, crude, unsophisticated, ill-mannered, inbred, asocial, repulsive and smelly.

If you are interested, make an inquiry. I am sure Danger Dave, Linkster, Bill, cd34 and others will be more than happy to point you in the right direction. Hell, even Useless could probably make a few suggestions.
