Conversions Sucking?
 

Has anyone else noticed a sharp decline in conversions over the last few days.

Our incoming traffic has been normal. Outgoing to sponsors has actually been up slightly. Sales are down by about 30 % or so.

I'm wondering if it could be processor issues, or maybe back to school time?

Well 2 days ago I had one of my days ever! But yesterday was lower than normal and today is slow so far too.

CCBill had issues for over a week and as a result I got the worst check so far this year this week but yesterday was a best day that I've had so far this year.

Sales with my non CCBill sponsors have been a bit slow so far this month but still decent.

I'd say a bit below average but not too bad overall. Last month was my best month ever, and this month is definitely not too shabby.

I normally only check like 1 time per week cuz i find that like a watched pot, if i don't peek i don't Boil. Well looks like this week i'm not only not selling sucking but not selling camhoes or big boobs or bbw as well.. |pissed| and with the new college kids starting back with their newly minted Visa and MC's i'd think this week would have been better.

I'm hopeful I will get to the point soon when I can see daily fluctuations in my sales. Right now any day with a sale is a good day. :)

LOL yep, that's about right :D

my conversions are actually pretty good, it's getting the traffic there that counts for me.

now that I've got a handle on the sponsors that work for me I'm hoping that the "summer slowdown" is over & I'll see some more action.

The last couple of days have been some of the best ever for me and overall August has been the month where I have made the most in this biz yet :)

There was a five day period there last week that REALLY sucked for me.

Usually our sales are pretty consistent, within a certain range. Last few days have been below the bottom end. Most of the time that happens it's a processor issue and it reverses the next day or the day after.

Someone else pointed out that it could be that big, whoopty-doo virus that's going around.

It could also be "just one of those things".

This continues to be my best summer of the millennium.

Great summer overall but this past 5 or 6 days hasnt been good.

hopefully today will be a sign of a turn around....things are picking up so maybe the week wont be a lost for me

Early indicators look promising. Sites that were sucking are picking back up. Feels like web issues rather than broke ass or distracted surfers.

Month over all has been quite good, but yes, last day or two has been some slow sales.

Very bad the last few days and last week there were a few days aswell.
Yesterday was really horrible, 0:30k today 1:5k, the days before were also twice as bad as normal with 1:2k, I think there must be processor troubles.

Just when a sponsor goes 50 / sale my ratio hits the floor.

Hmm then again I just checked my stats and i got another sale from them, so i guess i spoke too soon.

It seems that every time one of these threads is started any where (a couple of month) there as just as many people unhappy with sales that are happy with sales.

Yeah, that's really true. There are so many different factors that effect sales that it's like comparing apples to aircraft carriers.

I was just wondering if anyone else had noticed a dip in sales with incoming and outgoing traffic remaining consistent, which would indicate an outside factor or a problem with sponsors. Just curious.

I'll be honest with you SS, I asked the same question to UW last week. I honestly believe that something is definitely up because my traffic last week was consistent with the pace of my traffic from the week before, yet, I had a horrible week last week. This week is only slightly better.

I don't know enough to question whether its a 'shave' issue or whether the processing guys are having serious security breaches or what not. I do want to say that I sure hope that this type of phenomenon is not normal.

I can't say that I am happy, but this week started out with a bang. Things seem to have fizzled out as the week progressed.

Conversion ratios are been crappy for me about month or more. Revenue is rising lightly tho. Just hope better next month!

The last three months have actually been my best yet for my paysites. But this week's sales are the lowest I've had in a long time, about a third of normal.

I would promote you program if you offered some content ;)

As it says on my affiliate page, "Photos for TGP submission and promo content tailored to your needs available on request". Any free porn surfer worth his salt knows that if he wants free stuff, he just has to click on the "webmasters" link. I think it's stupid to display promo content, FHGs, and FHSs just one or two clicks away from your join page. All's you have to do is shoot me an email and I'll send you a link to my content page. :)

I suppose it shouldn't surprise me that people miss that, though. Both surfers and webmasters tend to not to read the text of an adult site, they're just after the free pics, or the signup box and the free pics, respectively. Case in point: I have several of different affiliates linking to http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clic...24799-0000&PA=[theircode]&HTML=http://www.furrygirl.com/PAGE-NAME.html because my site says, "To link to a specific page, use this linking code:
http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clicks.cgi?CA=924799-0000&PA=XXXXXX&HTML=http://www.furrygirl.com/PAGE-NAME.html". I suppose they assume my code psychically guesses what page they mean a surfer to land on and magically sends traffic that-a-way.

CCBilll seems to have issue still and conversion far below normal. Anyone else still having problems with CCBill conversion and Error messages?

no more errors but no sales at all??? WTF it's starting to get on my nerves. only 1 rebill yesterday?? i sell tons off ccbill sponsors and always have a few sales a day + tons of rebills

I am at about 1:3000 this month. (cry)

my main sponsor was decent the first period of the month and the last 2 weeks of this month was shitty with them but I still managed 0 sales, had 00 sales with them prior though, but this weekend was better overall..
