anybody down on signups
 

i just came from maxcash board it seems there's people complaining about converts not with them only but other sponsors too

is it bad time of month do the sign ups come steady or 1 or 2 here and there

We saw a very odd decrease in sales yesterday overall, however overall web traffic (for us) was down a bit as well. I did some research and we noticed the same sales decline approx. the same time last year.

Thats just my piece of info :)

I'm having a pretty good month as far as checks coming in, but that just means I had a pretty good last month for sales - LOL

Sales the last few weeks have been ok, but far from great.

The economy is still weak, people are not spending. Things are improving, I'm seeing spending again by my clients in my other business, but I'm seeing that they are taking forever paying which means they are strapped for cash.

Oh yeah, web sales usually slow down for me around the holidays anyway and then pick up again after the new year.

i am getting hits to sponsors i need more traffic your submit page has been down you were my #1 traffic source not your fault

i got 3 sites with cyber bucks and have all together 300 hits in about 4 or 5 days and nothing , i know i need more sites but still i would like to see 1 lousy signup to even know if everything works ok

would one of your tpg list, take one of my best gallery form 1 of my sites i have about 7 gig to burn, before it ends the period i can upgrade to more if needed

plateman - its easy to get discouraged but it takes time to build the hits to sponsors - just keep building and the sales will come :)

BTW - in answer to your question about galleries - the smart free site builder should always make the two galleries on a free site tgp ready - in other words - have the two galleries inside a free site be tgp style galleries so you can just make copies and add recips :) then submit away

i know you must follow thumb size and all of the rules and post least amount of pics they will take to save bw ect..

does any tpgs come to mind that will take new people and will not use mega bw like the hun and ultra high traffic lists

I think that gallery will list on most tgp's if you had a few more pics.....10 is abit on the short side for a regular tgp gallery, i would suggest 15......:)
also make the text under the banner 1 or 2 points bigger.....:)

My sales are down this period :/ traffic is same but sales are like half......(half of not much LOL) but just keep building, your sales will come!

Well, Our sales dramatically dropped this month, I thought i was the only one. I did totally re-design my site, and sign-ups seem to have jumped a bit, Probably a coincidence, considering this was my first design job ever.

We saw a nice jump in sales today which I always tend to track carefully, if it's a Friday and the stock market finishes up (which it did), all the little happy money driven horny cocks buy more.|bananna|

As somebody else said before me: it's a little short on images = most tgp sites require at least 12, 15 seems to be the norm.

It's also a very old-fashioned gallery (not that that is necessarily bad... some people say they're converting better) and it could be that several tgps wouldn't list it for this reason (and that too many cheater galleries are done in a similar fashion).

I would also recommend that you make the background a little darker, which would match the sponsor tour better, gets the banners to stand out more, and would be more gentle on the eyes.

To give you an idea: I spent today about 4 hours on just one template (1 hour of it to find the font from the tour - grrr) and I'm still not happy with it...

edit: btw my sales for the entire month are shocking! But I can also tell there's some heavy shaving going on (this from me who in the past has said that these statements are probably exaggerated...)

I started the month like a house on fire. Then around the 10th of the month sign-ups all but disappeared except for one here and then one there. Seems to be a pattern as other wm I have spoken too are experiencing the same thing.

sales are down but traffics up and not just TGP or LL traffic but SE traffic in the niches I'm after so yes sales seem really down.

Most of September was bad, October and start of November were good. Guess people are buying christmas pressies rather than porn :(

I've seen a drop yes, and I know why that is too.. not only is the visa thing affecting business.. but on top of that, google is in the middle of a huge indexing of some sort, sites aren't where they should be in the results pages, and I know this is directly responsible for my drop in sales as I had several sites in top 5 positions before this shuffle. I know they'll come back.. but dang.. this thing is taking a really long time :(

I'm certainly not a voice of experience here, but from a surfer point of view I think sign-ups will continue to slow down for two fundamental reasons:

1) There's too much free content.

2) Some of the paysites really suck, and people are tired of having their pockets picked.

Does it work to refuse to list galleries containing excessively graphic content? In other words, show some skin but leave something to the imagination.

Concerning paysites, doesn't it make sense to investigate what you're promoting? If, for example, the site in question has a great tour but the content inside fails to live up to the hype, isn't it better to not promote such sites and avoid the negative reputation received for marketing low quality goods?

I know a fair percentage of sites live off bookmark traffic, so isn't it more rational to market sites that maintain a high level of quality, thus ensuring your recommendations to the surfer will be gold, and not thought of as just more hype, or worse yet -- outright lies?

my signups are better than ever - one thing you are right about is the paysites having lame members areas - the way nastydolars gives you like 10 sites for the price of one is a good way to go. that way they get alot for the money

that's what we decided to do on digibucks too. 7 sites right now and more coming, all for one membership, it's working great.

man i must have freeloader traffic or my sponsors sites suck i have yet to convert

i dont have mega traffic but out of a 100 people to sponsor you would think that 1 person would know how or want to take a free trial and cancel if they dont like it

Yeah we have been doing that for over 4 years now, buy one membership and get a pass to X ammount of sites at no charge. Not to mention we update with at least 3 exclusive content updates every day, members love that shit :0)

Extreme is having a record sales day today, excellent sales, and on Turkey Day, woooo hoooo!!!

Gotta be deversified and not just sell the huge hardcore sites, you need to be traffic specific and be creative dont just have 1 angle of the box taken care of, a box needs all of it's sides to be strong.
