-22 Fahrenheit about 5 miles from here. We are about -13 here. Useless must be around the -22 mark right now.

I have to get my Christmas shopping done today without a doubt. I am trying to find something for my wife but...I know nothing about the gift I am trying to get. I see online prices of $950 and locally, it is $3k. I wish I could ask advice but I know she reads the board.

I am still in love with Dreamweaver. You can save so much time with this thing. Have been building my own extensions the last couple of days for all kinds of stuff to make life easier. I likey :D

swedguy, which version of DW do you use? I finally bit the bullet and upgraded to DW Studio 8. Should have done it ages ago. Haven't taken the time to learn to make my own extensions. How difficult is it?

I use the same version as you. It's fairly easy to write extensions if you know a little programming. There's also lots of docs and examples that can give you ideas. Let me know if you need someone to pitch ideas with.

I just heard from the other guys here at work that next year's "team-building" trip will be in Cancun, in March, but not to Webmaster Access.

Other than that it's around 10°C/50°F today so I can't really complain about that :)

Spent all day yesterday in Miami with my Asian friend Talia. I forgot how horrendous traffic is down there. We did get to go to one of my favorite restaurants while there. I got pulled over for doing over 120 on the turnpike coming back to Broward. I used the old I really have to pee trick and the cop let us go.

Going to return to the gym today for the first time since hand surgery. I need to make up for not working yesterday so lots of computer work today after the gym. Need to go grocery shopping today too.

Gotta take the lil furball to the vet today for his followup appointment...he gets better medical care than I do...lol.

Its damn cold here and my server ran out of hard drive space
so im waiting for new HD to be installed. HOPEFULLY sometime today.

Well, let's see...

first off, winter can now begin in earnest, I have actual snow tires on my car on ALL 4 WHEELS for the first time in maybe 5 years. This should mean that we will get little or no snow all winter now as a result.

Anyway, so now I am back to work, turning out shit like an incontentent monkey. Full speed ahead into the holidays to turn 2006 into a stunningly great new year.

It's cold here... with wind chill etc it's about 15 degrees (according to the pretendtoknowweatherman).

It's so cold that my puppy refused to pee outside (she shivered outside for about 15 mins -- dachsies are very stubborn).. I had to monitor her this AM so she didn't pee inside.. she finally did her business outside but with much encouragement (go pee already!! LOL)...

I'm wondering what she'll do when we go to Ohio for Xmas? She is NOT going to like snow....

It's cold here too and I hav e a very bad cold myself which isn't fun when you have throat cancer... shit :(

Tonite I have a strippers work party to go to!! Hehe they asked for my kids twister game... sounds like fun. Its in a penthouse with a jacuzzi (also fun). I don't know who is looking forward to it more, me or punani. Although he is driving :P

7F(-13C) in Buffalo would be about right. It was 73F(22C) here today.

I don't know where Bree is from, but, 15 is mentioned, then Ohio, so, that would probably be 15F or -9C.

Jim mentioned -15F, which is -22C. Docholly is probably talking 55F (12C) as a high today. Greenguy's 15F would be -9C. PRTom's 7 would probably be 7F or -13C.

WOW its 29C here which is 84.2F and last week it was something like 33C. Its also incredibly humid.
I am having an ok day so far, had my swim :D I am starting to get excited about quitting smoking, thats a great start. Next week I see a Dr about some drugs that will help me along and its only 16 days till I quit!

It was 2 C when I drove by the bank sign.. 31 F...That's cold for North Carolina.. we get a few inches of snow each season... if we get one inch.. everything shuts down.. schools, businesses, etc.. they just don't have any heavy duty snow removal.. just some brine, some plows.. but not like up north..
