hi I just Joined Extreme pay And the site interface is messed up cant get free content, stats are not recording hits has anybody else had same problems

I like the new interface, very clean and easy to use.

If you are looking for the sponsor hosted galleries and sites they are on the bottom left in the red box. Not up on top. Yet |couch|

Nope Just tryed no content i can get everything else but content

plateman - I assume they know about the content problem, as they just launched the new admin area yesterday, but I'll let them know just to be on the safe side :)

Hey everyone, appreciate the feedback and dont worry Surfn, the red box is going away and there will be a link placed up top.

Plateman as for the issues you are seeing, your seeing them for 2 reasons if you just joined the program,

1) We now have to verify every new affiliate before they get access to the content or anything else begins to count, we did this in order to stop some of the fraudulant domains and content mis-uses out there.
2) As with any new system changeover your bound to experience a few problems. Which we are, however stat & signup counting are not one of those problems.

Appreciate everyones input and we appreciate your patience as we move forward into what looks like the final day of issues, we never expected to change over 4 years of work in 1 night with no problems at all, our "ASSumption" was correct. Trust me when I say though, that the program is a much better one and will give our webmasters and partners what they need to make more money.

John - as of a few minutes ago - hits are not being reported on the stats interface and has been that way since yesterday - Ive got a pretty good idea of what I send - and have been with you for quite some time :)

Hmmmm, lemme check the error logs for some reporting on that, I may have taken the fact that it's reporting across the main admin system just fine for grantid (or however you spell that). Gimme a few on this one.

I have been trying for the past 24 hours to go to the tour pages of several sites and get "failure to connect to web server" errors.

Ok, heres an update:

1) Traffic counting is now back on and working, this was an issue that was directly Greenguy's fault... Ok, it wasnt it was 100% my fault, but has been resolved, as I stated earlier Sales were not effected by this, just the actual hit counting itself (we use 3 different means of counting Sales/Hits).

2) the content system is still in a state of emergency, but we need to put one fire out at a time, the first fire that needed to be handled was the one that had an issue counting the traffic all of you are sending.

3) Chop, without getting too complex on the tour issue (which was issue #2 on the list), that has also been resolved.

Other issues we are working on so some of you know in advance:

1) We currently cannot respond to open tickets in the ticket system.

2) We cannot confirm new affiliates as of yet, this will be resolved shortly.

3) The webmaster referral codes have changed, but we have not had a chance to post the new links yet, so here they are:

4) We have not released the payment terms of the Revshare/Traffic Back/Console Free program, nor the payout change for the Per Signup on the Console Program, this will be on the site shortly and release in an announcment late tommorow.

6) Rotating Hosted Galleries have not been put in place yet

7) The Hosted Galleries/Hosted SItes link has not been moved to the top in place of Resources, this will be done tommorow.

You can scratch the following from the list above:

All new affiliates have been confirmed and we will shortly reply to all tickets in the ticket system.

I just tried 22 url's to tour pages and I am still getting "failure to connect" errors.

Hey Plateman, your going to want to change your links, your sending to the warning/splash page, please update that link code, looks great other than that.

Chop, Im not getting any other issues right now or reports of this issue, we have gone through all of the sites from 6 different states all day and as of right now im seeing 100%

Anyone else with this issue and where are you located if you have this issue?

ExtremeJohn - just so you know - as far as Im seeing here the counting and reporting stats are still stuck on Monday here

are there some new codes we are going to have to change out on hosted free sites by any chance?

I am not able to confirm any account changes.

Im looking into it being stuck on Monday, thats really strange for me here I dont see it stuck on Monday at all, it gives a date range, and my traffic for our house account has been changing, etc.

As for the codes, yes you are going to want to change your codes through time, I know everyone hates that but......

Hi John....the problem is solved - I was using the stats.cgi (old link) and it looks like you've changed it to stats.php :)

Linkster, thats good news :) Anyone may want to change or update their bookmarks to the program at this point.

Also Digidan, I saw your Account Mod request and handled the request :) And the system that sends a confirm is also fixed as well.
