From here on out, you must get permission from Jim or myself if you want to announce a new Link List that's open for submissions, updated, new categories, etc.

Unapproved posts will be moved to the Products & Services Forum & I'll just remind everyone that 2006 is the year of the BANNED!!!!! |thumb

Great idea on limiting new LL announcements unless they are cleared with one of you two first. They were popping up faster than ticks in the Georgia woods.

Damn - sure add this rule just as I was gonna announce the re-opening of Link4Sex.com - sorta a sister site to Linkforsex and low traffic but at least partners from linkforsex will get auto acceptance |couch|
With the recent opening of Link-Porn and this new one the next step is to match up with GG's recent niche LLs so that we can have a traffic paradise :)

I would like to know also, since I am looking for a good artist to revamp my gremlin mascot and make some new ones in assorted poses and whatnots. So far I havent been able to find anyone who can do it for me. Pass along any info if you know a good graphic artist that can draw cartoons like my gremlin :)

The rule isn't in place so that you can ask for forgiveness after you break it.

And even if you did ask, I'd have said no - you're too new around here.

Hang out a bit, post, ask questions, help others, etc. Build up a reputation 1st.

The rule was put into place to stop people from joining the board & just spamming their Link Lists, so you need to contribute to the board on a somewhat regular basis, posting legit questions & giving legit answers & advice to others, before you can announce your Link List in here.

You can post it in Products & Services anytime you want.

Greenguy, if you remember I have asked you the permission to post an official announcement of my LL accepting submissions but I didn't get it, I'm trying to do my best to comply with your request, though I'm probably not that good at it, since I don't post a lot. However, I'd like to ask you if I can post my LL submit page in my signature. I tried it some days ago but I got that Re-read forum rules message. Did it ( following that link ) but there's nothing specified about unapproved LLs not being suitable to be posted in a signature. Please inform me regarding this issue. Thank you! :)

alessandro - you can put whatever you want in your sig - the script finds sigs that are out of compliance with the rules om that page (bold text, colored text, more than 40 characters with an image, etc)

Following my wacky way of thinking, directories would not fit into this forum anyway.

So, when the time is right, you have no objection to me announcing that Porn Movie Directory is open for submissions, link trades, etc?

Anyone can post any announcement that they have in the Products & Services Forum :)

...and of course, Link Trades would go into the Link & Traffic Trades forum, gallery submit requests would go in the TGP / TGP2 Discussions forum & blog submit & trade requests would go in the Blogs and Blogging forum |shake|

Just so I don't post in the wrong place, here is what I intend to do (based on the above):

- Make a general announcement in Products & Services.
- Create a post for link trades in Link & Traffic Trades forum.
- Create a post requesting gallery submissions & trades in the TGP Forum.
- Create a post for blog submissions & trades in the Blog forum.
- Will keep my request for free site submissions to Products & Services (in same post as announcement).

I didn't want to make that many posts because I thought it might be against board tos. If that is cool though, I will go ahead.
