Happy Friday ( Only 52 Days Till Christmas)

We finally got a little snow last night. Just enough to cover our yard and yet the yard down the street has nothing. :)

I should be here all day. But, I may have to pick up my Son from the airport. He is coming back from Ireland this afternoon.

Fonz 2006-11-03 07:49 AM

Morning all,

This morning I had to scrape ice off the windows of my car for the first time this fall. We had the 2nd warmest October ever but I guess November is going to be a normal one :)

I made some brown rice/paprika/carrot/soja sauce dish for lunch. It actually tasted quite good.

Anyway, have a nice day all :)

dareutwo 2006-11-03 07:56 AM

Morning all -
I need way more coffee today.
First BB meeting yesterday - looks like I'll have 12 or 13 kids again.
With 8 minute running quarters we'll have to substitute more like hockey line changes. :)

Have a great day!

Cleo 2006-11-03 08:13 AM

Happy post-op day.
Had surgery yesterday and everything went well. Last night was a bit of a bitch as I sleep on my side and the pillow pressing on the sides of my head hurt but other than that not much pain or discomfort. Going today for the followup and get the bandages off. Other then some swelling I just have a line of stitches in front of each ear going up into my hairline that I can hide with my hair until it heals.

Other than seeing my doctor this morning not much planned for today. Will most likely spend the rest of the day working and maybe hit the mall over by me for a few hours.

Espresso and oatmeal is now being served.

Ramster 2006-11-03 08:23 AM

Good Morning. Got some errands to run and a few things to finish up today before heading to Buffalo for some football. And the hockey game tomorrow night too.

Coffee is steaming and good. :)

emmanuelle 2006-11-03 08:32 AM

Good morning
On way hike to get milk this morning, I noticed that the swimming pool has iced over, my squirrels are fattening up nicely, and the neighbour's expressVu dish is on my patio. I'll bet he's gonna miss that :D

Don't get too comfy - they're predicting 6-12" this weekend for Syracuse & areas east |pokefun| |Jim

Good Friday Peoples |buddy|

I'm refinancing the mortgages today (somehow I'll end up saving $700 a month & still pay it off in the same time frame) We've also got a wood delivery today (already burned thru 2 cords) and a Red Bull delivery |thumb

Then I have to clean the Pool House & get the truck ready for the Bills game on Sunday so that I can throughly entertain Ramster & his hot tub buddies with nothing but live sports for 48 hours :D

|yawn| Morning!!

Met some dude last night at the evening press recap named Kyle Busch. Of course his name alone was enough to freak me out..i was pulling a "Dale" and thought he was some gov't spy. Turns out he's a turn left driver who won some race and is from Vegas. He's also like 21 yrs old and was very shocked that I had NO clue to who he was. I told him if i can't put it on a retail shelf and sell it, it doesn't interest me. He then gave me an autographed bobble head and said.. ok you can sell this. |loony|

today is the last day of SEMA madness and one more day of the paint people. Turns out at this other show we can take pictures so I plan to bring the camera along.

have a good one.. this is for UW: |thumb |cry|

:D

terry 2006-11-03 08:48 AM

Good Morning Everyone.. a cold one this morning.. but no snow or ice which is good cause I have a lot of leaves to pick up this weekend.

Have a great day!

ponygirl 2006-11-03 08:59 AM

good morning everyone |waves|

yep, frost on the cars today here too. Guess I should start thinking about Christmas now...my 10 yr old has decided he wants to play drums so he wants a 'real' set now. The sad part is that having him upstairs practicing drums would actually make it quieter here :D

chopping pics & updating here today, going to get as much done before the weekend settles in.

have a great day!
:)

Toby 2006-11-03 09:04 AM

Mornin' y'all,

Been sleeping screwy hours for the last week or so. My sinuses seem to be much better this morning, no drip, no coughing, so maybe I can quit taking the meds and get back to my usual night owl routine.

I'd best get back to crossing odds and ends off the 'to do' list before it starts growing again.

|coffee is on, help yourself

My Son told me 2 weeks ago he wanted a Nintendo Wii. If he mentioned it just a couple of weeks earlier, I could have gotten on a pre-sell list. Now, I see myself standing in front of Toys-R-Us before it opens in a couple of weeks.

sue-fl 2006-11-03 09:05 AM

Morning!

Jim's count down to Christmas is making me realize I have to start shopping! Have no trouble with my daughter telling me what she wants as always :D It is my two boys that I have no idea what to buy |huh My grandson is a different story Toys R Us will love me when I hit the check out line |bananna|

Cleo glad it all went so well |thumb I can't wait to hear if your happy with the results.

Have a great day all!

Pervert :D

Just got home from the doc. Wow I already have my bandages off. He said to try not to talk a lot, smile, eat hard food, or suck dick for at least a week but giving face to another woman was ok.

Simon 2006-11-03 12:55 PM

Good morning world |waves|

Nice pic Cleo... you definitely know how to keep their eyes off the scars. ;)

Hoping to knock off early here today and start the weekend..err, well, early. :)

I have to try that driving and shifting thing again later, which should be painful fun, but the toe just isn't worth a pic. (The cleavage just can't compare.)

A good Friday to all.

:)

Emerald 2006-11-03 01:09 PM

Good Morning everyone...

We got our first snowfall this year and it was a doozey .. 30+ cm (thats over a foot for you yanks). Its the sticky heavy type of snow and a bitch to shovel. My poor fish in the pond need rescuing now so this means shoveling all the way to the back yard and to the pond (my back is sore already thinking about it). Might be time to buy one of those mechanical snowblowers... my driveway is bigger than one I ever had and last year my neighbour shoveled it for me but this year he wont be cuz he sold it and is moving.

Time to get dressed and shift snow from one place to another.

cd34 2006-11-03 01:09 PM

Cleo, here I thought you looked like a Wisconsin Snow Bird with Gucci earmuffs.

What constitutes a hard food? 180 proof rum cake?

Being the kind of guy greenguy is, Simon, you better post a pic. haha

Filed a bug report with a vendor for the same issue for the 2nd time in 2 years. Their response, thanks, we'll consider it but we like to write our own code.

Cleo 2006-11-03 01:20 PM

Posted that pic on today's blog. Maybe I'll get some labia surgery and post that too… no wait that's been done already.

Actually now that the bandages are off I kind of look like a chipmunk with the swelling on each side of my face.

At least the doctor gave me lots of meds. I don't really need them for pain but they are fun to take anyway. :D

mr.sexbankroll 2006-11-03 01:47 PM

Morning all!

That's what neighbourhood kids are for! Keeping thier pockets full also translates into your place being the most protected house on the block. They're also handy when it comes to cutting the grass & taking out the trash :D

If you approach the parents first, they'll surely 'encourage' their spawn to be 'enterpreneurial' |thumb

Haven't you been paying attention? You do know that there will be a test afterwards and if you don't pass no one is going to give you face later.

Yes I had cosmetic surgery. Had a modified S-Lift and some line filler on my face. It was a gift to myself for my 50th birthday. |virgohippy|

Now be sure to start taking notes on all future morning threads. :D

That page talks about a few different things but only that short part about the S-Lift is what I had done. Actually I had a slightly modified S-Lift in that the doctor made a slightly longer incision so as to pull a little more skin from my eye area plus he said that he pulled some extra muscles. While I'm rather swollen on the sides of my face I can really see that my jawline looks much more youthful and the jowls that I was getting are gone. I also had some silicone injected into some lines around my mouth but that needs to be repeated in a month to get the full desired effect.

Really very little pain other then when I try to lay my head on its side to sleep and the pillow presses against the incision. I've had a lot of things done over the years and this was one of the least painful. I don't remember anything about the surgery but I was awake for the whole thing. Today when I saw the doctor it seems we talked about my friend Talia a lot while I was having surgery which is kind of scary since I don't remember any of it. She is having something done by him on the 9th of this month too.

I've known Dr. Propis for many years now and he has done work on many of my friends. He loves the trannies too and has pics of them all over his walls right next to the porn stars, strippers, and just regular every day folks.

He's an interesting man. He has a small ranch and raises emus and chickens. He is also a talented sculptor.

I do wish he would let me redo his website as it's got to be one of the worst most tackiest sites that I've seen from a plastic surgeon.
