yeah well I just had a 2 hour with the wife. All I can say is make sure the tv is off. Real easy to get distracted and for me, still keep on topic. But if they see your eyes drift just once from their face. Lord help you.

I just went to tell my wife about this thread but I didn't like to interrupt her.

Well, it is a simple fact of life that women yap more than men, generally women just yap away none stop from they wake up til they go to sleep, men just say something when something actually needs to be said

Now would be a good time for y'all to take cover! It's funny that my husband was just saying last night that I talk so much it sucks all the air out of the room and that I say enough for both of us. |huh I don't get it..... ;)

I saw a study a few months ago that there is a chemical in Men's brains that make it very difficult for a Man to hear a Woman. And believe me, I have mentioned that to my wife many, many times.

I read a new study that said women have bigger tits then men.

That's why men have ability to completely 'tune out'.

Some of us can tune out more completely than others. It drove my ex-wife nuts. She'd walk into the the room while I was watching something on TV or working on the computer and just start talking without getting my attention first. Then she'd get pissed when I had no idea what she'd just said.

It works out to about 20 words a minute non-stop!

Might have something to do with thinking about sex every 52 seconds.

WOMEN have lots of worthy thoughts and SEX only comes last...well, in my case...

I just asked my husband if I talk a lot he didn't hear me though cause the tv is on. :D

I disagree on the the sex part though. I think about sex all the time! Not every 52 seconds |shocking| but a lot more than once a day!

With some of the coments I read in this thread, I see why you men think about sex so often. Your just not getting enough and I can't imagine why |couch|

I used to have a section of a book I read on how women an men communicate. It was a real eye opener and spot dead on. It delt with how both sexes are rasied IE female (kids focus on looking into faces and drawn out long stories so the other girls can feel the depths of the conversation) men (kids, don't look into each others eyes or faces for more then a split second and get right to the point with direct answers. "you want to play with the trucks? Yes. Ok.) Once again, very interesting, now I will have to rip into all my old books and papers to find it. But pretty cool stuff.

btw I love women who talk a lot, I used to spend my nights with my gf and my ex-gf and I simply cant imagine anything more relaxing listening to their chit-chat...........that's just pure peacefulness

this has happened to me once at the worst moment.. i tried to turn off the bloody tv before, and she, intercepted, and from there some big bang comes from the tv, i look at it, and she looks at me.. anyways. The lord didn't help

I completely agree with this one. I really respond to a woman's voice in bed, so talkative women work out well for me.

In fact, one of my favorite things to do with a woman is to gently rub my warm hands over her body while she talks to me as if I'm one of the girls. I don't talk back much, but I ask key questions to keep her going, and kinda let her monologue guide me, while I try to use my hands to guide her.

I think it's a turn on for a lot of women that I can do two things at once: listen and grope. Although, some find it distracting, because they can't talk and be aroused. ;)

Must be why I like it so much - all that positive reinforcement. ;)

My theory is that men are deep thinkers for the most part, and women are fast thinkers. Fast thinkers just need to talk more, deep thinkers can put off speaking until something needs to be said, by which time they know how to say it briefly and to the point.

and try being a camho.. dayam those guys that come into to the room you'd think they didn't have a soul to talk to in real life.. I used to tell them.. why do you tell me these things..tell you wife. 9 out of 10 times they'd say..oh she'd never understand.. Of course not if you don't tell them, mofo.

I'm going to speak against myself but the truth is: that evolution made man stronger in so called 'hard skills' and women in 'soft skills' . Somebody said that man are deep thinker and women are fast thinker...well thats something thats gonna place womken first in the next few thousand years. Not necessarily. If men are more proficient with (hard) skills they're better at performing specialized functions. If women are more proficient with words they're better at organizing human labor.

I have to agree and yep i am a woman and i know what my hubby has to deal with for more then 22 years:D so even woman talk more then men and men dont hear them...and there is the men mistake, thats why woman are smarter and can do more things at the same time, men only use one part of their brain....the part of the brain which is in their dick, thats why men think every 52 seconds about sex:D Woman Rule....even they talk more then men!!!!

Yeah, women are very talkative, cos they are emotional creatures..
