Not only has this worthless fuck ripped us off, but he/she has also ripped off the SCORE Group who I already sent this information to as well, so now he/she will have 2 lawyers to deal with. They have a hidden WhoIs, but it looks like the servers are in the US.

9 images belong to SCORE and 18 images belong to KatVixen.com

Anyone of you internet smart people who can tell me more about this thieve I will be grateful for it.

Also, looks like we are not the only ones ripped off.

The guy has quite a few domains like that - I was up to around 70 when I stopped looking - all redirect links using stolen content to pammy.net and load parking pages from sedo as a popup for the domain freepornsexlinks.com - so I guess sedo is getting ripped off too

Far be it from me to put ideas into your head, and I wouldn't take my own advice half the time, but if you get no joy asking them to remove the pics nicely....

For maximum attention, their host (theplanet.com) has a customer forum.

Right now I am playing the lawyer game, but I will be looking into all options, he has ripped off a shitload of people.

I've talked directly to the owners at Moniker already. I've also contacted his hosting company. You should do the same.

I could not agree more. Go for the letter to the hosting company. I have had better success this way having some of the wifes videos removed from sites. Send it certified with signature confirmation. In my case it only took the hosting company about 3 days to remove the content. Which sucks it could not have been sooner but hey 3 days is better then 3 months.

If you follow the links it points to domain parking pages. Could be some small PPC type deal. |huh

I still have not heard back yet from Moniker or the Hosting Company: Carpathiahost.net 888-200-9494. I'm going to call Sean again today at Carpathiahost. I'm trying to do this the civilized way.

bring up the page on your monitor go out and buy the NY times and take a picture, print the html and do screen caps


MAYBE 5 years from now the asshole will be into some dollars
and THEN you slap him with a lawsuit

you have 5 years to take legal action from the time he stops infringing why blow a potential meal ticket

If I share info like this openly.... the "bad guys", who have probably already read this thread, may adjust their servers so I would not be able to get this information in the future.

The DMCA violation can be sent directly to Google and Yahoo. I have done so on at least two occasions and the infringing sites were removed from the index within a matter of weeks. Here’s the Google link: http://www.google.com/dmca.html#notification

I did not get an approval notice. The DMCA notification just showed up in the SERP. However, on another matter, when Google disagreed with me they did e-mail to suggest that I provide more information.
