Movin' a bit slow this AM. Probably not going to do much today. NASCAR this afternoon, will be interesting to see if the Cup guys can do a better job of keeping it off the turn 4 wall.

Gonna work a while then head to the beach. Gotta stop off and grab a half shrimp and half oyster po boy and an order of gator and some crawfish on the way and my ass will become one with the sand. By golly, I think I'll eat the whole 3 feet of it by myself. I'm hungry. I only had eggs and grits for breakfast.

I was up all night because the coder who fixed the blog css in IE left for a drink and fell asleep. Emma the storm still blows its 200 km/hr winds and part of my roof is gone.
Sis came and told me and a neighbor we don't see often came to warn us and brought parts back.. we have a special Italian roof called tegola.

No insurance of course.. |cry|

Good Morning all. Geeze just leaving a message for my sister on the phone that I was feeling better today, then started coughing like a 20 pack a day smoker....yea that sounds healthy, lol. But MadHatter and I are feeling better but still not over the flu. I am going to get some work done today.

My brother flies in tonight to visit for a week so I will be on and off next week. Have a good one all. |waves|

Didn't get anything at all done yesterday other then dealing with friends that that want to all give their 2¢ on the wisdom of getting back together with your significant other.

Hopefully I'll get some work done today.

Just getting here since I went out for an early bike ride on No Name Key around 7am and didn't get back here until about 11:30 and was so hungry I had to make and eat some bacon and eggs first. Then the clean up and the usual delays with cats and such.

Anyway, it was a great ride with a strong wind blowing right at me for a while at the start. I'll post some pics tomorrow when I have a chance to wind down a little. No Name Key is interesting because it has residents but it doesn't have electricity, so everyone has to make their own power and no one really wants to be connected to the grid.

Ran across this interesting quote today on the off-grid.net website, about the island I live on:

Yep, that's Big Pine Key alright. :D

Slept late and have been cleaning the house since I got up. BORING!

OMG ... I just woke up ... and it's 11 PM here :D I think I got the flu or something ...

Morning.. yes yes yes i know it's afternoon but hell it is morning SOMEwhere..

Anyway.. left the house at the crack of dawn to go have breakfast at our local dive before all the pre-church goers load in. Got there and only 2 tables were occupado..by the time we left all 30 were full and the line was out the door.. it was OK but not that GREAT plus i can't think of anywhere i'd wait in line for breakfast for..

Then we decided that the RugDawg needed to see Semi-Pro and I need to spend copious amounts of money on slut machines.. ended up playing for 3 hours and walking out with 50+ to the good.. a winner in my book..

Cleo..just keep having make up sex..you won't have the strength to question why.. :D
