The sun is out here too but our usual afternoon storms are already moving in.

Finally seem to be feeling myself again but now my partner seems to be getting the same strange symptoms that I had for a few weeks before I got really sick.

Just a day of work and errands planned. I'm super behind on everything due to feeling like crap for about a month. Oddly I burned through a record amount of bandwidth last month, only wish I had record sales too.

Adjusting to weeks in Italy means I went to bed early last night and got up at 6:30 this morning. Large workload all week for me.

Hot and sticky here, another month or so and the good weather will be here. Today will be waiting around for the DirecTV guy to show up, and then will try and get some work done.

No rain this morning but I'd rather keeping working on what I'm doing here instead of going out to run the errands that yesterday's rains put off. So maybe tomorrow they'll get done. Unless it rains of course. Did I mention it's the rainy season here?

howling winds here but very hot.. the neighbors are very loud with their five kids in the new swimming pool.. and pretty close to my window. Especially the youngest kid, the only boy who is very spoiled. Add two very wild dogs to it, not the sleeping at my foot types.
Last time they had a garden and pool party like 2 or 3 weeks ago, someone called the police on them lol.

It feels very early to me. I stayed up really late playing Call of Duty 4 (perfect gift for any 8 year-old, btw). Great game, very addictive. But now I'm dragging ass. Let me go grab some coffee and maybe I'll have more to say. |yawn|

Well sun is shinning and just waiting for my new bed to arrive. After that a few errands and back to work building freesites and submiting. Other than that nothing new .

Good Morning All :) Well some good news today my wife is coming home :) They put a stent in yesterday so she can pass the kidney stones. So now she has one near each kidney. Thanks to all for all you well wishes yesterday :)

Tonight I'm going to the local slack-jawed-yokel-fest to see Heaven & Hell (Black Sabbath with Ronnie James Dio instead of Ozzy :() Motorhead & Testament, who is the band I really want to see. I think I saw them in the late 80's, but that might have been Wrathchild America. $45 for the ticket & I see that they are opening & their recent set lists have a grand total of SIX songs |headbang|

Judas Priest is on this tour as well, but Halford must be scared of the taunts he'd surely receive from rednecks that do not approve of his lifestyle |club|

So I'll be puttering around doing some work until I go & watch 3 heavy metal bands play a county fair |thumb

Feeling kind of normal today for some reason. I am actually getting quite a bit of work done. :)

Morning All! I had the most pain-free teeth cleaning I've ever had. I was happy it wasn't as bad as we thought it would be, so they didn't have to do the expensive deep cleaning. |bananna| And they have a new gel they put on that numbs you enough it doesn't hurt without having to give you Novocaine. Only part that hurt was when they shot cold air on my cavities. My hygienist is cute, but he isn't evil UW. :D Sonic Care Toothbrush, that and flossing have saved me. Get one if you don't like to floss.

So today at 1:00pm I'm going to get three cavities filled, and two are in back teeth that are almost impossible to numb on me. I'm glad they only gave me a day to worry about it, because I might have chickened out if they had given me longer, lol. I have pictures in my head of Steve Martin in little shop of horrors kind of day, singing "I am your dentist..."

So I'm trying to get some work done before the torture session. Have a good one all.

No job for my husband, starting to head towards panic mode. I was sitting here stressing earlier and my grandson looks at me and says "Nanny I'm loving how much I love you" Now I have a whole new outlook on the day and a big smile |thumb

I twisted my ankle going down the basement stairs yesterday, which ended anything I was doing for the rest of the day as it swelled to double it's size.

Now I'm able to walk again but it's tender to say the least.

The weather wasnt that bad today, storm and sunny..i like that kind of weather.
Today my hubbies blu ray home cinema thing arrived and he spend all day to make it work, now he bugged me , he cant find a way to get the thing make sound on telly, sure he can make it work with the dvd thing but not with normal telly, i told him a 100 times, read the fucking manual....and he didnt, well i did and i found it to make it work:D
Now hubby and daughter are watching a funny movie on the movie channel and my son is playing outside with his friends, so a bit time for me to focus on the net, well on reviewing, i always try to work one day ahead in my holidays.

Afternoon. Thought I had already posted in here in the morning thread. Back and feeling rested after the bachelor fiesta in Chicago. Been working out the last bugs on setting up this one new site. Then I'll be going through a whole data entry phase again. Actually I'm still not really done with the first data entry project, but it's live and just now need to add a couple things a day to it to keep it moving.

fuck I need to eat something. fucking hate how the afternoon shows up so fast and I realize I haven't had a thing to eat yet.

Just got a call that I'll need to drive up to LA to work on this capturing station as the people up there I guess can't create a simple profile. ugh.

Had a wild and wooly day yesterday between Wall Street & WTC then up to NYU. Hung out in the Village last night so he could get a "feel" for the area and he thinks he'll fit in just fine.. I said.. hmm does that mean I can expect a cross-dresser coming home soon or dragging home a DQ?? If so.. |thumb

today we went to the MET for a few hours to the Armor exhibit. which was pretty cool. Then wandered back through Central Park and took the subway up to 96th street so he could see the "scenery" from The Warriors. Except I told him they used the 72nd street station for the shoot and that 96th was just another hole in the ground.

tonight we're going to our favorite restaurant in the city and have lots of Sangria... I feel a hangover already.. |loony|
