Another day of waking up way too early for no reason - 5:15 for me today. I did try to go back to sleep, but I gave up around 5:45

Jim and his buddy left about an hour ago (FINALLY!|couch|) and as soon as I finish reading the board, I'm gonna take a nap.

It's back to the grind Monday for me. Didn't really get much work done over the weekend due to hurricane preparations and then having a celebration of another storm missing us get together yesterday as we watched bad movies, smoked a lot of weed, and ate bad pizza. |headbang|

Guess I should drag my ass to the gym today and work off some of this pizza before it too moves into my ever widening ass.

Up since before 5 here, checking all the early morning forecasts for Ike's projected path. Today I have to decide whether to drop the clamshell shutters or not. All the upstairs windows will require a long ladder. And the wall bolts to lock them in the closed position have rusted since they haven't been needed in awhile so it's not a quick task. And with the latest path keeping the storm over Cuba for awhile, meaning we may not get more than tropical storm force winds, I'm tempted to just leave the shutters in the up position like they've been for a few years now.

So, that's my reason for not getting enough work done today, what's your excuse (reason)?

After a weekend of mostly losing at poker I'm home and gonna get back to work. Tough football games yesterday with those upsets. Brady maybe lost for the season too.

Shit, went to bed at 10 last night, woke up at 2, back to sleep at 4 and got up at 9. WTF is going on? Been doing that for a few days now. |huh And why the fuck do I weigh 2-3 pounds less in the morning than I did the night before but go back up during the day?

Watched way to much football yesterday and I'm really behind now. Got an orthodontist appointment today with my youngin, so I have a feeling I'm still going to be behind tomorrow. |waves|

Well I slept last night, fell asleep at about 2am and didn't wake up till 10:30 am |bananna| After not sleeping well for a while I needed it and I feel great!

Well the Bucs lost their season opener |cry| damn Reggie Bush! Oh well maybe next week!

Because of the weight of the food you eat and the water you drink. At night, you tend to sweat off / metabolize some of the water and food, so you almost always weigh less 1st thing in the morning. Personally, I have a 32 oz bottle I use for water and I can drink that at a meal....that is 2lbs right there, lol.

Nothing but work in my plans today ..well maybe a nap been doing that alot the last few days i must need it :) . Coffee is on with toasted bagels and homemade jam help yourself.

omg I'm still in shock over the panthers pulling off the win. ugh. I've already been doing some reviews. It's now time to get to work on finishing up some data entry with this one thing so I can just be done with it and get it launched.

Always fun to go to a Buffalo game when Buffalo actually looks good. Fingers crossed for next week's game. Too bad, my friend (Spudley) watched about 1/2 of the first quarter because of rain. He hung out with the women in the club house for the rest of the game. :) Not to worry, I have been calling him a "pussy" since yesterday. :)
