I hate this weather a lot. And it takes a month to get Christmas. Where do we run? it was a crazy year.. wish ourselves a much better 2009.

Hello! today is the first time it snows in here ( in this year )|bananna|

Finally warming up a bit here, in the sixties this morning.

I've created a needy monster. The Hyacinth Macaw that I took in has finally warmed up to me and has stopped plucking all his feathers out but now he wants to sit on my and cuddle all the time. His home is in our patio but he is always coming up to the sliding glass doors or the kitchen window tapping on the glass until we let him in. He will walk around the house chasing the cats, he is bigger then them, following me from room to room. He seems to have turned me into a human perch.

Just another day of more of the same planned for today.

Having some server issues that are driving me and phatservers a bit nuts. Something keeps crashing apache. We upgraded the memory, but it wasn't that. I got hacked a few days ago, they found eveything they could, I upgraded any scripts that needed to be upgraded, and installed the mod_security, yet while they were monitoring it, they watched it hang. |banghead|

Their tech guys are great, and I know they will figure it out, but I hate having my server down on and off like this, it is really hurting my sales.

Hope everyone else has a crash-free server kind of day.

I was a very baaaad girl yesterday.. went to meet up with Milfy Tiffy @ the Rio.. ended up 5 bloody marys later and drove my arse home. |banghead| Went to bed at 3pm.. woke up at 10pm.. only to have a black out from 1030pm-1230am.

so i'm in recovery today.. no |attention yelling too loud @ me and I've turned off the sound on my ICQ..

It's hard to believe but at 55 I've never eaten duck so I saw them on sale and grabbed one. EIGHTEEN FUKKIN DOLLARS! and smaller than a chicken. That better be one good tasting duck! Also never had lamb until last year and have been getting shoulder steaks which aren't too expensive but I decided to get a whole leg of lamb and have the butcher remove the bone which most recipes call for. On sale, $36.00!! What do they feed lambs, gold plated feed??

Finally got around to watching the latest Indianna Jones last night with the kids, it was Ok to me.

Working this morning and absolutley no idea what I'll be doing when my wife gets home around noon, it's probably for the best that I don't know. |scared|

Cleo that bird is a pretty color blue..glad it's feeling at home and not plucking feathers out any more. A friend of mine raises the big pink birds I've seen a few hatch which is pretty neat.

I haven't been getting much sleep as my dog is messed up. We think she had a miscarrige. All of a sudden she is skinny and we can't feel any puppies. She is still acting pregnant and acting like she is going to go into labor so we are waiting to see what happens next. Poor doggie!

Morning:) i slept in till......12:30 afternoon...Yeaahhhhhhhh and then i spended the rest of the day laying on the couch wathing movies...gawdd that feels so good to be so fucking lazy|loony|.
We have some snow today and rain and hail ofcourse, this night it will be freezing time and they expect alot of snow tomorrow, would be cool if the snow wouldnt melt for one day, then i can make a snowman with boobs:D|boobies|

Btw Cleo... a Hyacinth Macaw is my dads favorite, we had the red macaw and all and alot of other parrots, but the Hyacinth Macaw is forbidden here to have it as a house pet. I realy like the bird pic!

When I was very young I wanted one really badly after getting to know the one that was a pet of the owner of the local pet aviary. They are really huge and have a personalty more like a dog then a bird. They are insanely expensive so I never got one but now ironically I have someone that I barely knew leave me theirs when they died.

If I'm laying down on the couch and the patio door is open he will gather nuts and stuff and bring them to me.

The only problem is he wants constant attention and can break steel bars if he gets really bored.

I think its an parrots character to ask for attention. my kids have 2 little parrot things and both are not in a cage in day time, they can do whatever they want and most of the time, they will hang around the persons here in my house, so that will be me:D, and yes the price of an hyacinth macaw would be here around the 40000 euro or so, but they are soooo cute:D

I slept for 11 hours FOR NO REASON last night. Same thing happened last weekend. I know that normal people catch up on sleep on the weekends, but normal people also use an alarm clock 5 days a week instead of 5 days a year :D

I watched a fantastically bad movie last night called Gummo - it was by Harmony Korine, who is the brilliant kook that made Kids. Don't watch the movie if you like cats |cat

Nothing much planned today, today is the last football game of the year for a terrible year of Purdue football, but at least we are smashing IU 34-0 so far.

But hey, Purdue is #10/11 in mens basketball!

He doesn't seem to have a problem at all with the kitchen sink but he seems to view our cats as play things that are fun to chase.
You should see the deal we on on toilet paper after we followed Simon's advice.

Another missed morning ... I guess I could have started a thread when I got up at 4am but it still seemed like last night even though I'd gone to bed at 9:30pm since I kept falling asleep on the couch, waking up, rewinding, hitting play and falling asleep again. Not sure what I was watching except it wasn't enough to keep me awake.

I listened to rock until gone 4 this morning while doing a little work and the kicker to that is that I just fell out of bed and i'm still getting my bearings.

I have plenty to keep me occupied today but i'll be around for otb in a while.

He has yet to bite anyone but next time you are in town stop by and maybe you will be the lucky first. |lol|

Carlos is the monster I have been referring to and I know he has bite someone, I have a scar to prove it.

Carlos takes great joy in pretending that he is going to be nice and then removing a small chunk of your flesh.

The scary thing about BlueBoy is that if he ever decided to he could very easily remove a finger or more. His stainless steel food dishes are full of holes from him and I've seen him snap steel bars. When you pet him you can feel the massive jaw that dwarfs his skull.

Yeah I've seen birds chew quarters which is why I have a scar...

How do Carlos and Blueboy get along?

They get along just fine but BlueBoy prefers to be in the house with us. In addition to BlueBoy I was left another Blue and Gold macaw that is now mated with Carlos and the two of them have been nesting. They laid eggs but the eggs never hatched but it looks like they are getting ready to try again so maybe the next time will be successful and we will have a whole flock of Blue and Gold macaws.

I guess we have the same weather because it's dark and chilly here too. Little snow but not enough ...
