I WAS a student with Adult Webmaster School until about an hour ago. I had the audacity to criticize who they chose for a sponsor (Adult Paymaster) after the shake up at ARS. Within 30 minutes they had banned me completely and started the refund process. |angry|

Those bastards don't even have the balls to respond to my e-mails...

Guess I'm on my own to learn all of this now. ::sigh:: |violin|

My main problem now is I need to find a sponsor and a host for TGP submissions... I have money sunk into content (public nudity) and a domain name (publicpussy.net) Don't want to have to throw all that money away for something else.

Thats what got me in trouble at AWS--criticising that their new sponsor (Adult Paymaster) only had 30 sites to promote, most of which were cartoons!! bah!

I hate to say it.. but I would say that AWS is umm... charging you and others for info that is freely available in resources or by asking on any reputable board..

Like MrMaryLou said - you can get all the information you need, and meet lots of fellow adult webmasters here - for FREE.

As for the claim that AWS makes that it takes ONLY 1 Hour per day, I'd advise you to plan on spending a lot more time if you really want to be successful...But if you do put in the time, this is a great biz |rasta|

you'll find what you were paying for is freely available on this board and most others. Of course this board has it in easier to find bits and with a much friendlier atmosphere, but maybe i'm biased |bananna|

Katchoo, consider yourself lucky.
Most people go through "school" and pay tons of money for it, and end up quitting within a month after they're done and losing all of that money.

Everything you need to know is freely available on the boards and in tutorials off of the boards' resource/tutorial sections.

B4 I got involved one of my partners had signed up with them, and I have gotten a chance to check them out

They actually hve much less resources and help then what is freely available on open boards such as here...and alot of their advice is not only shaky but downright ban-able with most lists...one thing they promote is their auto submitter...and half the people on their list specificily prohibit auto submits...lol
They recommend heavily using dialers and console chains when you make a gallery...oh the list goes on :)

Thank god you got here before you followed too much of their advice katchoo....just count what you pid them a learning experience.

Take a moment and really surf this site. You will find alot of stuff here and if you dont just post a question and we will get you the answer.

ditto on the hard work also. If you only put in an hour a day you will get only an hours worth of pay.

2nd, yes, we pretty much give advice for free around here - LOL

While I have no idea how this AWS works or what they charge or how their sponsorships work, I will say that Adult Paymaster is a realy good program (even if they don't have a piblic nudity site) & Timbo, DJ & their crew are great to work with.

I've seen AWS in server stats, but I could never see why they were linking coz it was all done from a members area.

Maybe they were warning their members not to turn out like I did. :D

AWS, who the hell are they kidding with that nonsense? There's a zillion places to get info even if GG&J werent so damn nice.

AWS... I've been there too a year ago.
If my memory is good it costed 100$. It turned out that for that you could download a few movies and got access to a forum. I downloaded the movies and looked to a few. I think the 1st one was to show how to rename a file and the 2nd how to move a file to abother folder.
Well, I went to the mirror and said stupid. Then I've deleted their business secrets (the movies) from my hd and their link from my link manager. And I never returned there.
When you read 1 thread on a board like this one, then you learn more then in 6 months of AWS.

Well at least I'm getting my money back. :D They'd rather refund my money than let me criticize them on their forums.... really 2 funny.

I need to learn some Dreamweaver skills and then I think I'll be ready go at this again.

Doesn't help that my wife and I are looking for new jobs this spring...so a lot of my free time goes towards that pursuit. I'll get back to this eventually.

My wife thought it was funny as hell that I got 'fired' from my online job for speaking my mind... seems that's what gets me in trouble at my offline work most of the time too. lol

You will definaltely learn more here than you will anywhere else. I've been doing this for about 8 months now and learned 90% of it here.

I don't know who AWS is but I do know who we are. We are the people that send you good traffic, know how to make money, know affiliate programs inside and out and are willing to share our knowledge with you for FREE :)

I jusr learned something about AWS. I've known about them for maybe a year or better but obvious thier marketing sucks because no one else has heard of them |jester|
